Students are assigned to tertiary vocational paths without actually building a professional project, without really knowing the requirements of this training both in schools and in the professional environment. This results in a low level of mobilisation and a major risk of young people dropping out, which can be countered, in connection with the reference framework, by developing their editorial, digital and above all social skills, which are key competences for tomorrow’s work. The problems remain in the LP where it is necessary to combat beaded absenteeism (60 %), behavioural deviations (11 % warning “behaviour”), early school leaving (16 %) and lack of investment (25 % warning “work”). The project aims to facilitate adaptation to the professional path and to develop professional mobilisation and skills of students.
