This project aims to promote citizenship and take into account the values of the social contract that governs society. It is part of a perspective of self-reliance and integration in economic, social and relational terms. To this end, young people are welcomed during the day in our site in Montjeux as part of the vocational training. The planning consists of various works (small masonry, maraiching...) construction of his professional project, community life, administrative, health, judicial support... depending on the situation. Culturally sensitive actions complement the training offer. * **operational objectives** \- Support young people in their administrative and health procedures. \- Promote a process of socialisation through the establishment of a framework and rules of life in a collective environment. \- Set up learning times in the context of renovation projects or in connection with environmental protection. \- Set up learning periods with building professionals on renovation work on our site. \- Promote challenging times through break-ups, “safe endangerment” situations and fitness sports practices. \- Promote meeting times with outside groups and accountability situations. \- Promote spaces for access to culture. * **training format** **Number of trainees by cycles**: 7 to 8 maximum. Permanent inputs and outputs ** Cycle duration**: 6 months (2X3), exceptionally and if justified by the trainee’s project, 9 months (3X3). * **the status of the young person during the training** -Trainary of vocational training of the Regional Council of Franche-Comté (SIFA 1). \- Remuneration EUR 310 per month. \- Three-month contract renewable 2 times. \- Contract of 30 hours per week. * **the public concerned** The project is aimed at the public of young people belonging to the 16/25 age group of the Dolino population and the surrounding area who have significant difficulties in entering the labour market or even an economic integration scheme. Young people most often out of school without prospects or diplomas. The public concerned by this scheme is often made up of young people in a situation of failure, social breakdown or even family. Some are desocialised or even destructed, sometimes without a fixed home, sometimes with addictions. * ** criteria for public entry into group formation**: \- Young 16-25 years old, without diploma, without training. \- Priority is given to the 16/20 year olds of the working-class neighbourhoods of the Dolois (and in particular Mesnils Pasteur). \- Priority for 16/20-year-olds from the municipalities of Grand Dole. \- Voluntary approach of the young person (and parents). \- Mixed group (male/woman) * **Mixity of audiences/gender mix** We find that young people in great precariousness often find it difficult to mix with other audiences. That is why we wanted to proceed in stages for the registration of young people in the training. At first, we favoured the registration of young people from the Mesnils Pasteurs district. Then, we opened the training to young people from the city of Dole and the villages of Grand Dole. For 2016, we want to expand our target audience with the reception of young girls. To this end, we will develop a specific communication with our partners to inform them of this development. **Prescribers**: Youth area, CMS, PJJ, SPIP, SASPI, local social actors. * **main actions that are the subject of a factsheet** **\- Collective life, an issue to strengthen the socialisation of young people** The aim is to foster community-based learning for young people who are often in social and family breakdown. Excessive drug use, for some, reinforces their isolation from social life. Respect for common living rules is an essential step in accessing the labour market. **\- A social and professional project to be built** The aim is to offer enhanced individual support to each young person in order to remove the obstacles to socialisation and entry into the labour market (family, health and housing problems). This accompaniment results in regular meetings with the technical frames that set with each young person evaluable and attainable objectives. **\- Learn how to cook and care for your food, a first step towards successful integration** The aim is to change the representations of the young people welcomed on the food and to raise their awareness of the importance of eating well. For this, they participate in the development of all meals using to the maximum (English)
