**Le projet comporte six actions distinctes : 2016-01, 2016-02, 2016-03, 2016-04, 2016-05 et 2016-06.** _2016-01 : Actions collectives d’accompagnement sur la Qualité de Vie au Travail :_ Faire mieux connaître la notion de Qualité de vie au travail qui a fait l’objet de l’ANI du 9 juin 2013, pour que les acteurs des entreprises TPE-PME et branches se l’approprient Accompagner le déploiement de démarches innovantes sur le territoire _2016-02 : Appui conseil à la Gestion active des âges, la Qualité de vie au travail, aux Mutations économiques et à la GRH :_ Offre de conseil à travers un réseau de professionnels animé et qualifié à des méthodes et des outils qui ont fait leurs preuves dans des expérimentations réalisées dans le cadre du dispositif des Contrats de génération. _2016-03 : Accompagner les entreprises dans des groupes d’innovation sociale (GIS) sectoriels :_ Permettre aux entreprises de prendre en compte les leviers d’amélioration de la qualité de vie au travail et la prévention de la pénibilité pour mettre en place des organisations de travail innovantes _2016-04 : Plan emploi sénior et accompagnement sur la pénibilité et le maintien dans l'emploi :_ Mettre en place un dialogue social éclairé par une analyse pragmatique de la situation des actifs seniors, tant en emploi que demandeurs d’emploi afin de définir les éléments d’un plan d’action visant à développer le taux d’emploi de cette catégorie de public. _2016-05 : Qualité de Vie au Travail dans la filière agroalimentaire :_ Poursuivre les expérimentations QVT dans des entreprises du secteur de la filière agroalimentaire dans le cadre du contrat de filière national _2016-06 : Semaine pour la Qualité de Vie au Travail 2016 :_ Organiser des conférences thématiques à partir d’expériences conduites par des entreprises sur la qualité de vie au travail (French)
