Il s’articule autour de 2 volets : 1) Temps d’acquisition des savoirs de base sous la forme de deux ateliers permanents : \- « Parler, lire et écrire au travail et à la maison » l’illettrisme : 1 séance de 3h hebdomadaire sur 46 semaines de fonctionnement \- « Savoirs professionnels », pour l’acquisition du langage et des savoirs de base en mathématique, et du raisonnement logique : 1 séance de 3h hebdomadaire sur 46 semaines de fonctionnement. 2) Accompagnement pédagogique pour les salariés en insertion sous forme : \- D’une contractualisation tripartite (salarié, référent formation et SIAE) consolidant l’accompagnement global, se traduisant, entre autre, par des temps spécifiques de coordination rassemblant le formateur référent, l’encadrant technique (ou le tuteur de l’entreprise) et l’accompagnant socio- professionnel. Ces temps spécifiques devant permettre d’articuler étroitement formation et activité professionnelle. \- D’une évaluation des progressions individuelles de chaque apprenant, d’une conduite d’entretiens de suivi toutes les 50 heures de formation environ, et de l’établissement à la sortie d’un bilan de compétences en savoirs de base.
