**This project concerns** the technical mentoring and socio-professional support of people in situations of exclusion in the framework of a Atelier Chantier d’Insertion. The general objective of this project is to mobilise people who are socially and professionally excluded in a dynamic career path. The aim is to give them access to a job at the exit of the device or at least to allow them a “dynamic” exit. _**Actions**_ __Technical and professional support__: The integration site provides technical support and enables the beneficiaries of the scheme to acquire professional gestures and develop technical skills. This concerns all aspects of a professional daily life, work-specific skills and safety rules which are essential to the proper performance of the tasks. __Development of the professional project__: this must be consistent with the local employment pool. This requires the investment of the professionals registered on the project in order to allow a public away from employment to project themselves into a career path. This involves regular, weekly interviews with the socio-professional adviser in conjunction with all the actors involved in socio-professional integration in the territory. __Social support__: Allowing the beneficiary to have a more peaceful socio-professional pathway: this involves undertaking a social assessment with the person to determine the multiple causes of the job break and the social cost of the period of inactivity. Once the needs have been identified, needs often related to health, hygiene, precariousness, multi-addictions, an accompaniment is provided to unlock the barriers to insertion and the difficulties/suffiffs experienced by the person. __Strengthening the recognition of acquired skills and the qualification of people__: the public welcomed on the device is very largely unskilled and its exclusion/isolation has in many cases led to a subsidence of their “self-esteem”, their confidence, their ability to perceive themselves. The challenge is therefore to allow beneficiaries to have their experience recognised through existing systems in the territory (the RAE scheme). **Ce projet porte** sur l'encadrant technique et l'accompagnement socioprofessionnel de personnes en situation d'exclusion dans le cadre d'un Atelier Chantier d'Insertion. L'objectif général de ce projet est de mobiliser les personnes en situation d'exclusion sociale et professionnelle dans une dynamique de parcours à visée professionnelle. Il s'agit par là de les faire accéder à un emploi à la sortie du dispositif ou au moins, de leur permettre une sortie "dynamique". _**Les actions**_ __L'accompagnement technique et professionnel__ : Le chantier d'insertion constituent un support technique et permettent aux bénéficiaires du dispositif de faire l'acquisition de gestes professionnels et de développer des compétences techniques. Ceci concerne tous les aspects d'un quotidien professionnel, des compétences spécifiques au travail mais aussi des règles de sécurité indispensables à la bonne réalisation des tâches. __L'élaboration du projet professionnel__ : celui-ci doit être cohérent avec le bassin d'emploi local. Cette démarche nécessite l'investissement des professionnels inscrits sur le projet afin de permettre à un public éloigné de l'emploi de se projeter dans un parcours professionnel. Cela passe par des entretiens réguliers, hebdomadaires avec la conseillère socio-professionnelle en lien avec l'ensemble des acteurs de l'insertion socio-professionnel sur le territoire. __Accompagnement social__ : Permettant au bénéficiaire d'avoir un parcours socio-professionnel plus apaisé: il s'agit là d'engager une évaluation sociale avec la personne pour déterminer les causes multiples de la rupture avec l'emploi et le coût social qu'a engendré sa période d'inactivité. Une fois les besoins recensés, des besoins souvent liés à la santé, à l'hygiène, à la précarité, à des pluri-addictions, un accompagnement est réalisé pour dévérouiller les freins à l'insertion et les difficultés/souffrances éprouvées par la personne. __Le renforcement de la reconnaissance des compétences acquises et la qualification des personnes__ : le public accueilli sur le dispositif est très majoritairement peu qualifié et son exclusion/son isolement a de surcroît bien souvent conduit un affaissement de leur "estime de soi", de leur confiance, de leur capacité à se percevoir. L'enjeu est donc de permettre aux bénéficiaires de faire reconnaître leurs acquis de l'expérience via des dispositifs existants sur le territoire (dispositif RAE). Une autre possibilité faîte reste bien sûr la qualification de la personne via des modules de formation proposés par l'AFPA de Langueux. (French)
