The mission will include: \- FSAs for operations under grant modes (on interim balance sheet and final balance sheet) for external operations; \- FSCs for internal operations (on interim balance sheet and final balance sheet) and excluding technical assistance appropriations; \- FSAs for public procurement operations (intermediate balance sheet and final balance sheet). La présente action est déposée au titre des crédits d'assistance technique dont est responsable le Conseil départemental dans le cadre de sa subvention globale. Il s'agit d'un achat de prestations dont l'objet est l'appui technique aux services gestionnaires et instructeurs (Pôle RSa et Cellule FSE du Service Europe) pour la réalisation des contrôles de service fait (CSF) pour les opérations cofinancées par le FSE dans le cadre de la mise en oeuvre de la subvention globale. La mission comportera: \- les CSF pour les opérations relevant des modes subventions (sur bilan intermédiaire et bilan final) pour les opérations externes; \- les CSF pour les opérations internes (sur bilan intermédiaire et bilan final) et hors crédits d'assistance technique; \- les CSF pour les opérations relevant des modes marchés publics (bilan intermédiaire et bilan final). Cette mission s'effectuera sur l'ensemble des opérations bénéficiant de crédits FSE pour la période 2015-2017 à l'exclusion des opérations d'assistance technique. (French)
