Our support plan is divided into two phases: “Before creation” and “After creation”. **_Actions** 1. _**Ante-creation**_: Before starting to create and seek funds, some prerequisites are needed to put the business project in a sustainable dynamic. The aim of coaching, during this phase, will be to make the business idea emerge and formalise through different stages of support. It is divided into **six sub-actions:** * Home/Orientation, * Supporting the Market Study, * Supporting the Financial Study, * Supporting Competence Research, * Supporting Project Writing, * Supporting Finance Research. Once funding is obtained, the project promoter has a dual challenge: the management of funding and the management of the project. The consulting firm Mahorais will therefore support the project promoter in this post-financing phase, thus the second action. _**2- Post-creation:**_ This is the implementation of the project, which remains the crucial step in starting the activity and ensuring its sustainability. _**Description synthétique du projet**_ **L'opération consiste à accompagner les demandeurs d'emplois en vue de la concrétisation de leur projet de création ou de reprise d'entreprise et ainsi contribuer à réduire le chômage sur le territoire.** Acteur engagé dans le développement économique de Mayotte depuis 15 ans, le Cabinet Mahorais de Conseil a su pleinement remplir ses objectifs. Notre plan d'accompagnement se décline en deux phases: "Avant la création " et "Après la création". **_Les actions_** 1. _**Ante-création**_ : Avant de se lancer dans la création et dans la recherche de fonds, certains préalables sont nécessaires pour inscrire le projet d'entreprise dans une dynamique durable. Le but de l'accompagnement, pendant cette phase, sera de faire émerger et de formaliser l'idée d'entreprise au travers de différentes étapes d'accompagnement. Elle se décompose en **six sous- actions :** * Accueil/Orientation, * Accompagnement à l'étude de Marché, * Accompagnement à l'Etude Financière, * Accompagnement dans la Recherche des Compétences, * Accompagnement à la Rédaction du Projet, * Accompagnement à La Recherche de Financement. Une fois le financement obtenu, le porteur de projet a un double défi à relever, celui de la gestion du financement, et celui de la gestion du projet.
