It is necessary for participants to take an interest in the life of companies, to supplement their representations in order to support their current or subsequent work integration process, * to be part of a process of discovering and participating in the life of their territory in social and cultural terms, whether they are curious, active, anchored in their territory, * continue their socio-professional integration efforts, allowing certain participants, in the phase of access to employment, to intensify their job-seeking approaches.     Objectif Emploi propose de mettre en place, sur la base de l'expérimentation menée en 2015, une action permanente et annuelle : * en _entrées et sorties permanentes_ , * ouverte à un _petit groupe_ de participants (8 participants maximum en simultané) dans un esprit de partage, d'échanges et de convivialité. Trois _ateliers collectifs participatifs_ d'une demi-journée sont proposés chaque semaine aux participants : . un atelier axé sur la découverte de leur environnement économique et professionnel : "Cap sur l'environnement économique" . un atelier axé sur la découverte et l'ancrage dans leur territoire de vie : "Cap sur le territoire de vie" . un atelier axé sur des démarches de recherche d'emploi (pour les participants en phase d'accès à l'emploi) : "Club de chercheurs d'emploi". Le dispositif est complété par un atelier hebdomadaire de suivi individualisé. L'objectif est de maintenir ou de restaurer une dynamique globale en permettant aux participants de : * développer de la curiosité et de l'intérêt pour leur environnement économique. Il est nécessaire que les participants s'intéressent à la vie des entreprises, qu'ils complètent leurs représentations afin de soutenir leur démarche actuelle ou ultérieure d'insertion professionnelle, * s'inscrire dans une démarche de découverte et de participation à la vie de leur territoire de vie sur le plan social et culturel, qu'ils soient curieux, actifs, ancrés sur leur territoire, * poursuivre leurs démarches d'insertion socio-professionnelle, en permettant à certains participants, en phase d'accès à l'emploi, d'intensifier leurs démarches de recherche d'emploi.
