    Tout au long du parcours d'insertion pouvant aller jusqu'à 24 mois, chaque salarié(e) bénéficie de la part de l'équipe d'encadrement, d'un accueil, d'un accompagnement et d'un suivi personnalisé, qui prépare ainsi son insertion à la vie professionnelle. Cette équipe est composée de : \- Une accompagnante socioprofessionnelle qui a pour objectif, une fois que la personne est embauchée dans la structure, de l'accompagner dans son projet professionnel, de lui apporter une aide à la résolution des freins à l'emploi, d'établir des relations et partenariat avec les partenaires tels que les travailleurs sociaux, Pôle Emploi, les organismes de formation..... pour construire le parcours d' insertion avec le ou la salarié (e), \- Deux encadrants techniques et une assistance technique-chargée de tutorat qui, après avoir accueilli la personne avec l'accompagnante socioprofessionnelle, l'intègrent au sein de l'équipe de travail, la mettent en situation d'apprentissage des procédures relatives à chaque poste de travail (parcours pédagogique) et évaluent, tout au long du parcours, ses compétences techniques et transversales. En 2016, le recrutement d'une assistante technique est réalisé pour soutenir l'équipe d'encadrement sur le terrain, au regard du nombre de personnes en insertion à former aux gestes professionnels sur les postes de travail. L'équipe d'encadrement travaille ensemble sur le suivi de parcours de formation, sur l'évolution des projets professionnels de chaque salarié(e) et des difficultés rencontrées durant son parcours au sein de la structure.
