_**Project — "Experimentation: Upgrading skills"**_ _This consists of 6 phases:_ **_Phase 1_: Analysis of the context**, which makes it possible to take stock of the practices of the integration sites with regard to assisting the development of skills and an assessment of training and tools needs, with regard to the project. This step makes it possible to validate and adapt the training programme for those accompanying the process. It also allows the collection of the trade repositories of each site in order to prepare the training tools. **_Phase 2_: Training of attendants and follow-up.** This stage includes a training time of 4 days spread over several months as well as individual sessions to follow up the action on each site. **_Phase 3_: Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â This takes place after Phase 1 and throughout Phase 2. **_Phase 4_ **: ** Animation and co-piloting of the device with the network of insertion sites participating in the experiment**. This will mainly involve meetings with the directorates of the integration sites and propose the establishment of a blog allowing the exchange of information and tools throughout the course of the project. **_Phase 5_: Competence Valuation Juries.**This phase consists of several stages: the training of professional juries (internal and external), the setting up of white juries, the organisation of competence-promoting panels and the organisation of the ceremony for the presentation of certificates of competence. **_Phase 6_: Evaluation and preparation of the transition to the EAR**. This phase will be based on the qualitative analysis carried out with the integration sites and the project partners on the contributions of experimentation conducted in order to assess the relevance and the voluntary nature of the integration projects carried out in the RAE process. This step will also help to prepare this passage and will include in particular a time for discussion and exchanges with the potential funding partners of the RAE approach for construction sites (OPCA, Regional Council...) and also with the Différent and Compétent network, pilot of the RAE approach. 7 integration projects are voluntary to participate in the implementation of the project presented: the CAC (furniture banks and Chiff’Onet), MEFBOC (Sostrapalettes, EPP, Banque de Mob), the Jardins de Saintary and Traces de Pas (letters of intent in annex). We request co-financing from: UT23 DIRECCTE and SALW Regional Council (ongoing applications). (English)

(French)
