The Jardin de Cocagne Terra Ferma is setting up an accompanying action aimed at facilitating the return to employment of people with difficulties in social and professional integration. This accompaniment consists of a dual individualised support relationship which is part of the duration, for each person hired, with two technical supervisors who constantly accompany to the workplace and a professional integration adviser. The definition of objectives and deadlines explicitly specified in a reciprocal employment contract concluded between the association and the beneficiary must enable the beneficiary to follow a marked return to employment pathway, taking into account local economic realities and the specificities of the host public. This support applies to all persons employed by the association, the majority of whom are long-term unemployed, young people in difficulty, persons recognised by the MDPH on account of their disability, beneficiaries of social minima. The ESF’s contribution will make it possible to strengthen the pathways of access to the skills of those furthest from employment and to qualitatively consolidate the offer of sustainable integration. It also creates a synergistic effect between actors working in the same field and improves the coherence of employment and integration policies in the Garden’s intervention territory.
