    Fraternité Sud Lorraine est une association qui porte 3 chantiers d'insertion sur le Territoire Terres de Lorraine avec des activités de maraîchage bio et prestations extérieures, réfection de palettes et espaces verts. Elle est agrée pour26,57 ETPsoit un peu plus de 46 postes. Chaque année, entre 70 et 80 participants ont un contrat CDDI à FSL. Nous proposons un cadre de travail avec un encadrement professionnel pour l'acquisition des compétences techniques et également un accompagnement social et socioprofessionnel pour aider le salarié à repérer ses difficultés ( gestion du budget, santé, logement ...) qui peuvent faire obstacle à l'emploi et à trouver des solutions, mais également de définir un projet professionnel réaliste et réalisable. Cette action consiste à offrir à nos chantiers d'insertion existants une plus value concernant le travail d'accompagnement vers l'emploi et de professionnalisation de nos chantiers d'insertion pour les salariés en insertion. \- _Accompagnement vers l'acquisition de compétences professionnelles et transverses_ (savoirs être, savoirs faire et savoirs) par le biais de fines évaluations formalisées par l'encadrant technique et le montage de séquences formatives. \- _Accompagnement vers la résolution de problématiques sociales_ grâce à l'intervention du conseiller emploi formation ayant une fonction de repérage, orientation vers des partenaires du réseau compétents et mises en place d'actions collectives. \- _Accompagnement vers un renforcement personnel_ par la mise en place de séances collectives ou d'étapes permettant une meilleure valorisation des compétences grâce aux période de Périodes de mises en situation en milieu professionnel ou EMT. \- _Accompagnement vers l'emploi_ pour leur permettre de devenir acteur et s'engager dans un parcours et dans des démarches visant l'accès à l'emploi. Le tout fera l'objet d'une évaluation fine individuelle faisant apparaître la progression des personnes.
