    **Objectif :** Construire avec le demandeur d’emploi un parcours d’insertion individualisé et renforcé, **pour accéder à un emploi pérenne ou une formation qualifiante.** Le parcours d'insertion professionnelle prend en compte la situation sociale, le projet personnel et les compétences de la personne. Déroulement : * **Accompagnement individualisé** avec un conseiller unique jusqu'au retour à l'emploi, * Un conseiller, fil conducteur entre les différentes actions mises en oeuvre tout au long du parcours, * Travail sur les outils de Techniques de Recherche d’Emploi (CV, etc.… ), * Prise en compte de la situation sociale dans les démarches d’insertion, * Élaboration du projet professionnel, * Évaluation partagée de l’avancement du projet et des actions engagées. L'accompagnement est composé de 6 étapes : 1. Accueillir et intégrer la personne 2. Établir un diagnostic 3. Élaborer le plan d'action 4. Coordonner le plan d'action 5. Accompagner vers l'emploi 6.
