_In order to combat poverty and promote social inclusion,_ the MJC Calonne commits the Referrer to the enhanced support and support to the participant throughout his/her journey to and in employment or towards qualifying training with the introduction of steps to remove barriers to employment or/and access to training. **It offers an individualised and strengthened follow-up until the return to employment.** Collaborative work with all the partners Local Plan for Insertion and Employment, the Employment Department, Mission Insertion and Social Development will allow the tools and methods of the structure to be coherent as well as a good sharing of knowledge and networks. The involvement of all these actors will provide the participant with a quality in the development of his/her career path. The MJC through its referent also undertakes when setting up the different stages of the course to adjust its intervention and to propose answers adapted to the situation of each. **The Referrer should identify the problems, the obstacles to lifting the participant** by coordinating his or her job search efforts, mobilising all the skills, networks and means necessary to enable access to and retention in employment at the end of the follow-up (CDI, CSDs of more than 7 months, business start-up, qualification training) while respecting output indicators, “short-term” and “long-term” results indicators. The aim is to develop a professional project based on the potential of the participant with a work on job search techniques (CV, cover letter, simulation during an interview), on basic knowledge, on the setting up of Periods of Situation in the Professional Environment. The Referent will take into account the obstacles encountered by the person and will adapt the steps to be taken according to them (mobility, problems of child care, access to rights, stress, degree of autonomy in access to employment, level of professional activity, maturation of the project...) and will mobilise the necessary stages of the journey. The route will be calibrated according to each. The implementation of the accompaniment will take place in several stages: * diagnosis, * reciprocal employment contract, * questionnaire * removal of brakes * professional project * consistency with people/structures and actions, * placement, exit and retention in employment. A partnership with resource persons will be strengthened, taking into account the social situation in the process of integrating the participant into the labour market. The MJC Calonne is committed to participating in all meetings, committees, C.V.E.S., course commission organised by the PLIE, MIDS and the Departmental Council and prepares an individual, intermediate and final assessment for each of the participants.
