Au 1er janvier 2015, sur les 2 secteurs confondus, nous avons 25 salariés en insertion dont 19 bénéficiaires du RSA. Les prévisions pour l'année 2015 sont de maintenir le même effectif avec un turn over probable de quelques bénéficiaires du RSA supplémentaires. L’action s’articule sur deux types d’accompagnement : * Pour le **chantier d’insertion « LAVERIE »** : . un encadrement technique sur l’activité . un suivi socioprofessionnel par entretien individuel . des ateliers formatifs (technique de recherche d’emploi, apprentissage des bases informatiques, remise à niveau français par le biais de l'informatique, expression théâtrale, atelier santé, alcool assistance,) . des stages en entreprises * Pour l **’activité « entretien des espaces extérieurs »** (entretien des espaces verts, ordures ménagères, mobiliers urbains, respect de l’environnement) : . un encadrement technique sur l’activité . un suivi socioprofessionnel par entretien individuel . des ateliers formatifs (technique de recherche d’emploi, apprentissage des bases informatiques, remise à niveau français par le biais de l'informatique, alcool assistance,) . des stages en entreprises __**ARTICULATION DES DIFFERENTES PHASES:**__ __**RECRUTEMENT:**__ * L’offre d’emploi détaillée avec les prés requis est adressée aux partenaires * Etudes des CV * Contacts avec les partenaires qui nous ont adressé les CV * Gestion des candidatures spontanées * **Entretien** : Le candidat est reçu par la directrice ou le CIP pour un entretien individuel où le projet d’insertion est présenté de façon détaillé au candidat, à savoir : **Un contrat de travail** 24 heures hebdomadaires en Laverie ou en entretien d’espaces extérieurs. **3 thèmes principaux pour l'accompagnement : TRE, THEATRE, SANTE** dispensés pendant tout le contrat sous forme de 6 ateliers : dont **** Deux ateliers nécessaires à la recherche d’emploi à A.D.E.QUAT : Apprentissage des bases informatiques et remise à niveau en Français Techniques de recherches d’emploi **Un travail sur la communication :**.Cours de Théâtre **Une aide pour gérer divers problèmes :** ******Santé:**.Ateliers d’information autour de la santé, Possibilité d’effectuer des bilans de santé, Possibilité de suivis Individuels **Addiction:**.Ateliers d’information autour des problèmes liés à l’alcool et la drogue, Rendez-vous possible à l’association Alcool Assistance, Possibilité de suivi individuel et orientation vers un suivi psychologique **Autres problèmes personnels:** Possibilité de suivi individuel et orientation vers un suivi psychologique après transmission du problème au référent social via une fiche de liaison. Un bilan d’accueil est effectué pour analyser plus en détail la situation socioprofessionnelle du bénéficiaire. Prise de connaissance du règlement intérieur et des conditions de travail précises sur l’activité. Présentation à l’équipe de l’activité concernée. Un test succin de Français / Maths est proposé afin d’évaluer les prérequis __**ACCOMPAGNEMENT SOCIO PRO**__ : **_Les référents:_** Le parcours du bénéficiaire au niveau social, professionnel et technique est pris en charge à A.D.E.QUAT par le CIP, la directrice et les encadrants techniques. _Qualification des référents_ : _Accompagnateur professionnel : 9_ ans d’expérience dans le secteur social,18 ans d’expérience dans le management, _Directrice :_ 19 ans d’expérience dans le secteur social, formatrice en technique de recherche d’emploi, 6 ans assistante en recrutement, 5 ans animatrice d’ateliers de développement personnel Les démarches liées au parcours d’insertion sont effectuées par le salarié, la secrétaire et l’équipe encadrante « Recrutement, contrats, démarches sociales et professionnelles, formations, stages, recherches d’emploi etc. » Des entretiens réguliers au niveau professionnel, social et technique sont élaborés par l’équipe encadrante et formalisés en bilans intégrés dans le livret du bénéficiaire. _ACCOMPAGNEMENT SOCIAL_ : Fiche de liaison en cas de problème vers les référents sociaux afin de mener une action partenariale.
