It ensures the consistency of the participant’s journey. The referent monitors 65 participants in the average active line. It uses all the means (service offer, tools, supports, action plans) included in the Employment Department’s service offer as well as the tools specific to the PLIE. It builds up a network of relevant interlocutors to deal with the problems encountered. It also contributes to the construction, monitoring and evaluation of the scheme; the aim is to find solutions adapted to the populations followed. He reports on his activity on a permanent basis through entries under the computer applications of Pôleemploi and the PLIE. Similarly, it draws up a qualitative review of its activity once a year.     10 conseillers de Pôle Emploi sont mis à disposition du PLIE pour 100% de leur activité. La lettre de mission des référents du PLIE a pour objet de définir le contenu et les modalités d'exercice des fonctions, dans le cadre du protocole PLIE 2014-2020. Le (la) référent(e) est chargé(e) personnellement d'effectuer dans la continuité, l'accompagnement individualisé de chaque participant du PLIE, de construire leur parcours d'insertion puis de les accompagner tout au long de ce parcours vers un emploi durable. Il est garant de la cohérence du parcours du participant. Le référent assure le suivi de 65 participants en file active moyenne. Il utilise tous les moyens (offre de service, outils, supports, plans d'actions) inclus dans l'offre de service de Pôle emploi ainsi que les outils spécifiques au PLIE. Il se constitue un réseau d'interlocuteurs pertinents pour faire face aux problématiques rencontrées. Il contribue par ailleurs à la construction, au suivi et à l'évaluation du dispositif ; l'objectif étant la recherche de solutions adaptées aux populations suivies. Il rend compte de son activité de façon permanente au travers des saisies sous les applicatifs informatiques de Pôle emploi et du PLIE. De même, il rédige un bilan qualitatif de son activité une fois par an. (French)
