The objective of this action will be to verify the employability of the public and to propose an individualised path to beneficiaries wishing to mobilise themselves on a professional project. Two steps will be planned: carrying out a personal and professional assessment in order to identify social problems and highlight the strengths and weaknesses necessary to position themselves on the labour market, as well as research and rapprochement with local businesses in order to create a partnership towards the beneficiaries. The main axes of this action are: * diagnosis: identify the barriers to employment, the degree of autonomy of the beneficiary in administrative and professional procedures (follow-up 3 RV per month); * the implementation of an action plan related to diagnosis: refocus the beneficiary on its professional project by working on media: collection of personal and professional information, track record (knowledge, skills, strengths and weaknesses), use of tools, professional surveys and TRE; * validation of application: define a sector of activity, target a realistic and achievable profession, joint research of companies in connection with the project; * access to the company: information on the local economic fabric, local projects (extension of the commercial and logistics area), contact with companies in order to encourage immersion, joint collaboration between the training employment area, the employment centre and the beneficiary of the action; * corporate immersion: visit undertaken by the beneficiary and by the adviser in order to validate the project through a traineeship. L'objectif de cette action sera de vérifier l'employabilité des publics et de proposer un parcours individualisé aux bénéficiaires souhaitant se mobiliser sur un projet professionnel. Deux étapes seront prévues: la réalisation d'un bilan personnel et professionnel afin d'identifier les problèmes sociaux et de mettre en avant les points forts et points faibles nécessaires pour se positionner sur le marché de l'emploi ainsi que la recherche et le rapprochement avec les entreprises locales afin de créer un partenariat en direction des bénéficiaires. Les axes principaux de cette action sont: * le diagnostic: identifier les freins à l'emploi, le degré d'autonomie du bénéficiaire dans ses démarches administratives et professionnelles (suivi 3 RV par mois); * la mise en oeuvre d'un plan d'action lié au diagnostic: recentrer le bénéficiaire sur son projet professionnel en travaillant sur des supports: recueil d'informations personnelles et professionnelles, bilan de son parcours (savoir être, compétences, points forts et points faibles), utilisation d'outils, enquêtes professionnelles et TRE; * validation de la demande: définir un secteur d'activité, ciblage d'un métier réaliste et réalisable, recherche conjointe des entreprises en lien avec le projet; * l'accès à l'entreprise: information sur le tissu économique local, sur les projets locaux (extension de la zone commerciale et logistique), le contact auprès des entreprises afin de favoriser les immersions, la collaboration conjointe entre l'espace emploi formation, le pôle emploi et le bénéficiaire de l'action; * immersion en entreprise: visite entreprise par le bénéficiaire et par le conseiller afin de valider le projet par un stage.
