The objective of the action “Location, mobilisation and access to enhanced support for the public Priority District of the Policy of the City” aims to improve the mobilisation of the public, especially those from QPV and excluded, on a path of accompaniment and to facilitate their orientation towards reinforced support mechanisms such as the PLIE and the PDI. The aim is therefore to propose a step prior to the integration pathway in order to improve the orientation and prescription of common law provisions, in particular the PDI and the PLIE. The job advisors’ mission is to identify, mobilise, diagnose and guide. This action can be organised schematically in several stages: 1. Identifying and contacting audiences who do not benefit from any support (on the flow or in collective information): regular communication with the various actors in the territory (neighbourhood houses, social centres, associations, language houses, etc.), organisation of collective information, in particular with the Department for beneficiaries of the RSA who have not contracted and/or not supported, or with employment partners such as Pôle emploi, to carry out a diagnosis and direct the public to the appropriate devices; 2. Individual interviews in order to make a diagnosis of the overall situation of the person and to direct them towards enhanced support mechanisms such as the PDI and the PLIE; 3. Collective actions to mobilise employment, as a result of which people can be referred to enhanced support schemes. The employment advisor ensures the consistency of the guidance offered to the person. (English)

(French)
