**EVALUATION DIAGNOSTIC** Parce que nous savons que, pour construire l’avenir, il faut arriver à se positionner face à son passé, à son contexte social et professionnel, et ensuite face aux champs des métiers et des professions pour rebondir, nous amenons le bénéficiaire, lors des premiers entretiens, à prendre du recul sur l’ensemble de son vécu pour détecter ses potentialités et freins à son insertion sociale et professionnelle. Au niveau des obstacles, nous analysons avec lui la part qui lui incombe et celle relevant du contexte socio-économique. Pour ses atouts = leur transversabilité et transférabilité, les améliorations possibles pouvant nécessiter une démarche de découverte, de recherches, de pratique en entreprise, de formation ou de validation des acquis de l’expérience.
