API25 supports people in integration in a range of areas: **Professionally**: it is especially in the field of masonry that the employee in contract integration will be trained. Above all, it is a question of acquiring a number of **specific skills** requested by a mason assistant position. Other skills are also of interest to a future Mason’s helper: know how to use machine tools used in the profession: the proper handling and use of discs, concrete mixers, generators, brush cutting machines, chainsaws, etc. The construction site also allows the acquisition of skills **methodological** and **transversal**. For example: * master a full day of work respecting regulatory working time, * receive simple instructions and apply them in practice, * adopt the most constant work rhythm possible by demonstrating endurance, * acquire, exercise and apply work techniques, * do careful and reliable work, showing the greatest possible autonomy and productivity, * getting to know and using learning aids and strategies. Skills to which more **personal** and **social** must be added**: * thought and action focused on quality, * positive attitude towards training and work, * careful use of the means and tools of work, * integration into an existing work team, * order and cleanliness in the place of work and in the ancillary premises, * proper behaviour and knowledge in the workplace, in private life and in society. It is therefore indisputable that work on the site is beneficial on several levels and gives many indications to the social worker. (English)

(French)
