The principle of shared habitat is simple: a resident, usually elderly, hosts at home employees, trainees and apprentices in exchange for occasional assistance, know-how, presence and possibly a slight financial contribution. Through the quantitative and qualitative balance sheets of this action, AIDER notes the increase in the number of employees, job seekers and those in training who benefit from this scheme. Indeed, people are encouraged to give priority to courses closest to companies, particularly through alternating and conducting internships. These training courses between school and business usually require great mobility, see a dual residence. One of the features of our device compared to conventional dwellings, in addition to its inexpensive aspect, is its flexibility: No lease, the dates of entry and end of the cohabitation are defined in advance, in case of early departure the notice ranges from 15 days to 1 month, no guarantee, no agency fees and eligibility criteria in terms of income threshold/ceiling. From a social point of view, cohabitation makes it possible to integrate a first network in the often unknown territory and in fact reduces the feeling of isolation. **Method of intervention:** 1/_The census of accommodation supply and demand_ * Collection of accommodation needs in their diversity (job seekers, employees, apprentices, seasonal...) and requests expressed by partners: local missions, training organisations, job support structure, Employment division, CIDFF, CAP job, integration services * Collection of accommodation offers at local level by targeting hosts and establishing a network of hosts able to accommodate people away from employment, in vocational and social integration, of short duration, alternating... _2/Accompanying and setting up cohabitations (Two levels of support)_ 1st level: Support linked to the accommodation proposal: * An individual telephone interview allows you to have the first information. * An individual meeting which takes place at the offerer’s home makes it possible to assess the geographical, social, family environment, the needs, the desire and the ability to enter the facility Accompanying linked to the search for accommodation: * An individual telephone interview allows you to have the first information. * An individual meeting makes it possible to assess the professional and social situation, the desire and the ability to enter the system and sometimes an orientation towards other partners. 2nd level: Accompaniment linked to cohabitation: * The search for accommodation and potential accommodation, which consists of identifying the appropriateness between supply and demand. If AIDER does not have the correct answer in its file, it will contact the professional network. * The organisation of the meeting between the host and the applicant allows for a first contact, a visit to the accommodation, discussions about the project of the host, the need of the host, possible exchanges between them. _When a cohabitation materialises:_ * Writing of the agreement, the code of cohabitation having previously determined with both parties: duration, * exchanges, conditions, etc. * An appointment for signature agreement, installation, state of play. * An interim appointment for balance sheet * An appointment for final balance sheet and state of exit * Proposal for mediation * Mediation may be required during the duration of the exchange. Assistance can, if necessary, ask for additional services (social services, training organisations).
