1) _Social and Professional Support_: \- Employees in integration benefit from social and professional support provided by 2 socio-professional accompaniment (ASP). \- An accompanying procedure is defined between these accompanying persons: An interview — social diagnosis is organised at the start of each contract by one of the two PSAs; if social barriers are identified or evoked during the diagnosis: setting up social support for 3 months to lift the majority brakes by the ASP in charge of the diagnosis; B) If no social barriers are identified or raised during the diagnosis: professional support is carried out by the other ASP (completion of a document entitled “My Professional Project”) and support shared between the 2 ASPs; Case (b): if social barriers arise during professional support, the social will be dealt with by the ASP, which does not carry out the employee’s professional support. \- Employees in integration are received as an individual interview on the site of the integration site every week on the social side and every 15 days for the professional field. Appointments are arranged according to the situation and emergency and physical accompaniment in the procedures can be set up if necessary. 2) _Technical Framework_: The technical supervision of employees in integration, the subject of our request for support, is essential and integrated into a broader process of support in close collaboration with socio-professional accompaniment. It fully contributes to the success of employees’ paths in integration in terms of skills, know-how but also social integration and (re)learning of know-being. On the last Thursday of the month, the site staff, socio-professional and technical supervisors, meet once/month to take a detailed account of the progress made by employees. The intermediate times between these meetings are punctuated by telephone exchanges and e-mails depending on the stages of the different paths. Each employee in integration benefits from an assessment of the knowledge to be completed at the start of the contract and at the 3 rd month of contract by the technical supervisors, in connection with the ASP in charge of social services. A validation is made before the end of the contract. An assessment of know-how is completed at the request of the professional’s PSO to support entry into qualifying training or job placement. The technical supervision consists of collective technical and theoretical learning time in the classroom. Employees in integration are provided with two-wheel and four-wheel mechanics manuals (internal tools) which serve as support for their learning and which they can annotate at the signing of their employment contract. The technical supervision is carried out by: \- 1 technical supervisor — workshop manager on passenger and equipment transport, on the restoration of old coaches and, in part, on motor mechanics; \- 1 technical framework — trainer dedicated to the activity of two-wheel mechanics; \- 1 Technical Framework on Automotive Mechanical Activity. **The request for support in this case concerns the technical supervision carried out by the workshop manager and the technical manager — two-wheel trainer.**. 1) _Accompagnement social et professionnel_ : \- Les salariés en insertion bénéficient d'un accompagnement social et professionnel assuré par 2 accompagnateurs socioprofessionnels.(ASP).
