Allophone jobseekers who wish to become permanently involved in the hotel and catering sector (including precarious workers who wish to evolve there; in another position: training in the kitchen, becoming a receptionist, moving from diving to room service) must necessarily begin by training in French in order to be able to get into qualifying training and obtain a stable job. We want to offer these audiences innovative teaching methods, more specifically andragogical methods (all methods designed for adult education), which provide the means for the development of key competences related to the skills sought in the HR sector (reliable oral and written communication, autonomy in work, mastery of technical gestures and organisational capacity). We propose two andragogical actions that vary the means of access in the sense to develop individual intelligence and not the simple school spirit applied to adulthood: _1st action_: _ Training in French of Hotel and Restoration FLE A1.1/A1/A2/B1_ __ (4 groups): 91h of training between October 2015 and April 2016 We will put in place **an actional method of learning French as a foreign language** which is based on the learning methods of the trainees and the determination of the professional tasks to be carried out in order to create a contextualised lexical directory. _2nd action_: _ GlottoDrama® theatrical workshop at the service of future professionals in the hospitality and catering sector_ (2 groups): 40h of further training, between April and June 2016 We will put in place **the method of teaching the language through theatre,** _ **GlottoDrama®**, _ which enables the development of communicative, verbal and non-verbal skills, in a creative and effective way, in a collaboration between a French trainer and a trainer in theatre-media. GlottoDrama _®_ is an effective way to correct the phonetic difficulties of trainees. As mentioned above, this method was the subject of experimentation by the Plurielles Language teaching team as part of a training course in French Professional Skills of Hotel and Restoration, between April and July 2013, for jobseekers at the A2-B1 level in French, i.e. independent speakers and previously educated. Both methods have already proven and are both extremely effective and complementary in vocational language training. The first action will be open to 40 allophone jobseekers with mother tongues far removed from French, wishing to work or work part-time in the hospitality and catering sector. The second action will be offered to 28 trainees, at the end of the first, _Training in_ _Français de l’Hotellerie et de la Restauration — FLE A1.1, A1, A2, B1_, who have additional needs, particularly in oral form. Indeed, of the 40 trainees in the first action, a party can hardly use the French language, feel familiar with it, work exclusively in French, especially in contact with customers because their mother tongue is very distant from it. They need additional support that we deem useful and relevant to pass through the theatre in the application of the GlottoDrama _®_ method. With its French as a foreign language trainer and theatre trainer, GlottoDrama _® offers a reassuring, operational, knowledge-oriented learning experience, non-verbal communication, cultural aspects of language and social codes as well as openness to written and oral creativity. The Hôtellerie-Restauration domain offers a range of theatrical situations ideal for the application of the method. Personalised support for trainees will be set up throughout the two training activities, in particular with a view to constructing with each of them a series of paths towards qualifying training (partnership with the professional training organisation INFA in particular), language gateways of the City of Paris, etc., and entry into employment, etc. The trainees will benefit from a weekly follow-up and during their journeys, from 3 to 4 times of individual interview (i.e. 3 to 4 hours per trainee). _**The ESF co-financing will have an important leverage effect by allowing:**_ _**\- to open 4 groups instead of 2, thus to train and accompany 40 people (instead of 20);**_ _**\- to develop the project through the opening of two GlottoDrama® theatre workshops of _40h each;_**_ _**_\- to offer enhanced individual support to each trainee in their training and vocational integration pathways.
