The purpose of this operation is to implement a strategy and an adapted method to identify and mobilise employers in the context of the integration pathways, in order to develop the implementation and return to employment solutions of ordinary law for PLIE participants. The operation will consist of two components: Upstream OF THE PLACEMENT_ **:** \- Identification of companies’ skills needs and implementation of operations corresponding to these needs. \- Mobilisation of economic actors in the territory to implement cooperation in favour of PLLE participants. \- Contribution to local territorial diagnosis by tracing the specific needs of economic actors. \- Creation and animation of a network of partner companies which can contribute to the construction of the career paths of the participants of the PLIE and thus promote employment opportunities. \- Construction of actions to improve the job search procedures of the participants (animation of job search workshops and specific workshops around TREs, partnerships with companies linked to CSR...) \- Design of a sustainable business relationship around projects for the realisation of journey stages of participants (visits of companies, simulation of maintenance, sponsorship, journey stages outside the employment contract...). _PLACEMENT:_ \- prospecting and negotiating recruitment offers corresponding to the participants’ professional projects, helps recruit on these offers by receiving pre-interview participants. \- Knowledge of the company’s short- and medium-term staff needs and connects participants with potential employers. Identification of their expectations vis-à-vis their future employees (GPEC) and implementation of actions corresponding to these expectations. \- Collection, transmission and management of job offers to the PLIE teams (project manager, path reference, etc.). \- Positioning PLIE participants on offers which requires interviewing them in order to make a diagnosis of each profile before linking and monitoring them in the company; regular follow-up by participant with the course referents. \- Organisation and implementation of monitoring in employment of PLIE participants who have obtained a contract through the action.     Cette opération a pour objet la mise en œuvre d’une stratégie et d’une méthode adaptée pour identifier les employeurs et les mobiliser dans le cadre des parcours d’insertion, afin de développer les solutions de mise en activité et de retour à l’emploi de droit commun pour les participants du PLIE. La démarche consiste à mobiliser les acteurs économiques locaux, à mettre en place des coopérations avec les entreprises en faveur des participants du PLIE, à animer un réseau d’entreprises partenaires et à développer des actions communes afin de rapprocher l’offre et la demande d’emploi. L'opération comportera 2 volets : _EN AMONT DU PLACEMENT_ **:** \- Identification des besoins des entreprises en compétences et mise en œuvre des opérations correspondant à ces besoins. \- Mobilisation des acteurs économiques du territoire afin de mettre en œuvre des coopérations en faveur des participants du PLlE. \- Contribution au diagnostic territorial local en faisant remonter les besoins spécifiques des acteurs économiques. \- Constitution et animation d'un réseau d'entreprises partenaires susceptible de contribuer à la construction des parcours professionnels des participants du PLIE et ainsi favoriser les mises à l’emploi. \- Construction d'actions permettant d'améliorer les démarches de recherche d'emploi des participants ( animation d’ateliers de recherche d'emploi et d’ateliers spécifiques autour des TRE, partenariats avec des entreprises liés à la RSE…) \- Conception d'une relation entreprise durable autour de projets pour la réalisation d’étapes de parcours des participants (visites d’entreprises, simulation d’entretien, parrainage, étapes de parcours hors contrat de travail…). _PLACEMENT :_ \- Prospection et négociation des offres de recrutement correspondant aux projets professionnels des participants, aide au recrutement sur ces offres en recevant les participants en pré-entretien. \- Connaissance des besoins en personnel des entreprises, à court et moyen terme, et mise en relation des participants avec les employeurs potentiels. Identification de leurs attentes vis-à-vis de leurs futurs salariés (GPEC) et mise en œuvre d'actions correspondant à ces attentes. \- Recueil, transmission et gestion des offres d’emploi auprès des équipes du PLIE (responsable de projet, référents de parcours,...etc.). \- Positionnement des participants du PLIE sur des offres ce qui nécessite de les recevoir en entretien afin d’établir un diagnostic de chaque profil avant la mise en relation et leur suivi dans l’entreprise ; un suivi régulier par participant avec les référents de parcours. \- Organisation et mise en œuvre de suivi en emploi des participants du PLIE ayant obtenu un contrat à travers l'action. \- Participation, le cas échéant, aux commissions d'entrée et de suivi des participants, aux diverses réunions et comités de pilotage des actions de la programmation. \- Contrôle de la réalisation et réalisation des comptes rendus sur l'avancement des actions liés au projet. Evaluations intermédiaires et finale sur la base d’outils créés à cet effet. \- Conception des différents supports de communication et mise en œuvre technique. (French)
