Upstream of the entry into the action (tracking, mobilisation) there is always a three-way meeting: the counsellor, the ADSEA referent or an educator and the young person. during this meeting, explanations were given on the operation of the yards, the objectives expected and the commitments (commitments,gratification, management, timetables). After an assessment and agreement of the young person, we set out a second interview during which he will formalise his project, the steps to be respected and the commitment he enters into by signing. This application is then submitted to the monitoring committee, after acceptance, the young person will meet, accompanied by his two referents, the manager of the yards.The latter will explain to him the rules of operation, the objectives and the commitments entered into will register his application. During the 4-month period of construction alternating between a week of activity and a week of construction of his professional project with regular follow-up by his local mission advisor.Individual support to work on the barriers to access to employment, in order to solve the social problems of the young person. This enhanced support work is also carried out by the monitoring committees once a week and by technical committees every 6 weeks. Progress reports and a final assessment are carried out, in the presence of his two referents and the manager of the construction sites.This important step makes it possible to shed light on the difficulties encountered during the execution of the site and the points of success.From this final assessment, the Mission Locale adviser will deploy the appropriate tools to seek solutions adapted to the young.A through the guidelines towards vocational training or tools aiding access to employment (positioning on assisted contracts, future jobs, qualification contracts, etc.).     Il s'agit d'une mise en activité professionnelle, dans le cadre des chantiers permanents d'insertion, organisés par la ville de St-Priest .Cette action s'adresse à des jeunes de 16 à 25 ans révolus. Les chantiers permanents d'insertion permettent aux jeunes de travailler chaque jour de 9 heure à 15 heure, une semaine sur deux.Au cours de la seconde semaine, ils élaborent leur projet professionnel et réalisent les engagements qu'ils ont signés lors de leur entretien de recrutement.Ils perçoivent une gratification et ont une couverture sociale, sous le statut de stagiaire de la formation professionnelle non rémunérée. Pendant les périodes non travaillées sur le chantier, la Mission Locale propose aux jeunes la participation à des ateliers collectifs de recherche d'emploi, de définition de projet professionnel et de résolution des problèmes sociaux freins à leur insertion. Un rythme précis de regroupement est mis en place avec une réunion hebdomadaire pour le point avec les encadrants des chantiers.Des bilans intermédiaires et de fin d'action renforcent des informations et contribuant à la régulation des parcours. En amont de l'entrée dans l'action ( repérage, mobilisation) il y toujours une rencontre à trois: le conseiller, le référent de l'ADSEA ou un éducateur et le jeune. lors de cette rencontre, des explications sont données sur le fonctionnement des chantiers,les objectifs attendus et les engagements (engagements,la gratification,l'encadrement,les horaires). Après une évaluation et accord du jeune, nous fixons un deuxième entretien au cours duquel il va formaliser son projet, les étapes à respecter et l'engagement qu'il contracte par signature. En suite, cette candidature est présentée au comité de suivi, après acceptation, le jeune rencontrera, accompagné de ses deux référents, le responsable des chantiers.Ce dernier va lui expliquer les règles de fonctionnement, les objectifs et les engagements contractés enregistrera sa candidature. Durant la période de 4 mois de chantier alternée entre une semaine d'activité et une semaine de construction de son projet professionnel avec un suivi régulier par son conseiller Mission Locale.Un accompagnement individuel pour travailler sur les freins à l'accès à l'emploi, afin de résoudre les problèmes sociaux du jeune. Ce travail d'accompagnement renforcé est aussi réalisé par les comités de suivi une fois par semaine et des comités techniques toutes les 6 semaines. Des bilans d'étapes et un bilan final sont réalisés, en présence de ses deux référents et le responsable des chantiers.Cette étape importante permet de faire la lumière sur les difficultés rencontrées pendant l'exécution du chantier et les points de réussite.A partir de ce bilan final le conseiller Mission Locale va déployer les outils appropriés pour rechercher des solutions adaptées au jeune.A travers les orientations vers la formation professionnelle ou des outils aides à l'accès l'emploi ( positionnement sur les contrats aidés, les emplois d'avenir , les contrats de qualifications ....).
