L'Assistance Technique vise à : * coordonner les appels à propositions des territoires, * réaliser les instructions, * établir les conventions individuelles avec les bénéficiaires choisis par les comités de pilotage des PLIE * réaliser les visites sur place sur proposition des plans annuels de visite sur place des comités de pilotage des PLIE * réaliser les contrôles de service fait des bilans intermédiaires et finaux remis par les bénéficiaires * mettre en paiement le FSE aux bénéficiaires avec une avance par l' OI pivot. * suivre l'avancée de la subvention globale (programmation, suivi, évaluation dans le cadre des différentes étapes attendues type Contrôles Qualité Gestion...) * organiser la piste d'audit avec les PLIE membres, harmoniser les procédures entre les deux PLIE * être en lien avec l'Unité de certification et effectuer les remontées de dépenses * être en veille juridique des textes en vigueur * effectuer les saisies sur les logiciels ad hod des opérations des programmations des PLIE notamment sur MD FSE (French)
