To this end, the referent will have to develop and sustain a sustainable partnership dynamic with existing companies and networks in the basins. It also has a good knowledge of professional networks that will facilitate the work of companies and organisations operating in the private and public sectors. This knowledge of the economic and social fabric and its integration into local professional networks will therefore make it possible to mobilise and access the resources essential to the scheme. The trainer uses an effective working methodology that makes it possible to adapt to the interlocutor and to develop a relevant strategy according to the objectives to be achieved. He has the experience and all the skills related to high-quality individual coaching and the conduct of explicitation maintenance. He has a thorough operational knowledge of the arrangements and offers of services in the field of social and occupational integration. Our mission focuses on mediation, access to the business, assessment, professionalisation in the workplace and external training, and retention of the person in employment at the end of the measure, within the host company or another. Pour réaliser la constitution du réseau entreprise, nous mettons à disposition un référent disponible, expérimenté, connaissant bien le bassin d'emploi, le fonctionnement des entreprises et maîtrisant les outils de diagnostic en terme d'organisation, d'emploi, d'analyse des postes de travail, de technique d'entretien et d'identification des besoins ressources. Il maîtrise également la connaissance du public en recherche d'emploi et l'accompagnement de ce dernier en entreprise. Dans le cadre d'une prospection et sensibilisation directe, le référent aura pour objectif la rencontre des entreprises des secteurs privé et public de l'agglomération afin de leur présenter l'ensemble du dispositif. Dans le cadre d'un rapprochement entre les acteurs de l'insertion et l'entreprise, le dispositif s'inscrit dans la palette d'outils qui tendent à multiplier les lieux de médiation directe entre les bénéficiaires, les accompagnants, les salariés et/ ou les chefs d'entreprises. Dans cet objectif le référent devra développer et pérenniser une dynamique partenariale durable avec les entreprises et les réseaux existant sur les bassins. Organisation pédagogique **Phase 1 : prospection** Rencontre des entreprises et explicitation du dispositif, des partenaires ainsi que de nos besoins (essais en milieu de travail des bénéficiaires, accompagnement…) **Phase 2 : analyse du besoin** Etude des besoins de l'entreprise et définition du cadre de travail et du partenariat **Phase 3 : rédaction d'un fiche de synthèse** Elaboration de la fiche de synthèse des besoins identifiés et présentation à l'ensemble des partenaires prescripteurs. **CONTENUS ET DEROULEMENT DE L'ACTION** **MODALITES DE MISE EN OEUVRE** Pour conduire cette action, nous mettons à disposition un formateur référent, disponible et expérimenté, connaissant bien le public en difficulté d'accès à l'emploi, maîtrisant les outils d'orientation, les techniques d'accueil, d'entretien et d'identification des besoins et ressources chez l'individu. Ce formateur maîtrise la connaissance du monde du travail et tout particulièrement l'analyse des postes de travail et la mise en place de référentiels et d'outils de mesure de progression pédagogique. Il possède également une bonne connaissance des réseaux professionnels qui permettra de faciliter le travail visé auprès des entreprises et des organismes exerçant dans les secteurs privé et public. Cette connaissance du tissu économique et social et son intégration dans les réseaux professionnels locaux permettront donc de mobiliser et d'accéder aux ressources indispensables au dispositif. Le formateur utilise une méthodologie de travail efficace qui permet de s'adapter à l'interlocuteur et d'élaborer une stratégie pertinente en fonction des objectifs à atteindre. Il détient l'expérience et toutes les compétences liées à un accompagnement individuel de qualité et la conduite d'entretien d'explicitation. Il possède une connaissance opérationnelle approfondie des dispositifs et offres de services dans le domaine de l'insertion sociale et professionnelle. Notre mission se concentre sur la médiation, l'accès à l'entreprise, l'évaluation, la professionnalisation en milieu de travail et en formation externe et le maintien de la personne dans l'emploi au terme de la mesure, au sein de l'entreprise d'accueil ou une autre. Pour mettre en place le dispositif, trois axes de travail sont à privilégier: En amont de l'action \- prendre contact avec les structures en contact avec les jeunes et les adultes visés (ML, PAIO, POLE EMPLOI, structures d'insertion par l'activité économique du bassin), afin de connaître leur profil. \- rechercher, à partir de cet état des lieux et en lien avec les structures d'accueil, les entreprises pouvant offrir un terrain d'expérience le plus en relation avec le projet du stagiaire. \- préparer les documents nécessaires à la mise en situation de travail en entreprise (convention, fiche de poste, fiche d'évaluation en milieu de travail), \- établir avec l'employeur ou le tuteur une fiche d'observation en milieu de travail récapitulant les compétences liées aux activités et aux tâches qu'aura à remplir le stagiaire au sein de l'entreprise d'accueil, \- explorer avec les employeurs les éventuelles possibilités d'embauche chez eux, ou dans d'autres entreprises offrant des postes correspondant au profil du stagiaire \- vérifier et aider l'entreprise à mettre en place les moyens pour : \- accueillir le stagiaire à son arrivée, \- positionner le stagiaire sur un poste correspondant à son projet \- mettre à disposition un tuteur pour l'accueillir, l'intégrer et l'accompagner sur toute la durée de l'essai en milieu de travail, \- hiérarchiser avec ces acteurs les différentes tâches et activités afin de dégager celles correspondant au corps de métier et aux compétences stratégiques, de manière à établir une fiche d'observation en milieu de travail susceptible de mesurer les progressions dans l'exercice du (French)
