Recruitment of the equivalent of 6 FTE employees of the GIP-FCIP (Possibility of ½ FTE GIP-FCIP on this operation in order to complement the ½ ETP rectorat on the MLDS operation ‘Fight against unqualified exits’ and thus allow these staff to be full-time by combining two ½ FTEs) Platform assistants are recruited at a minimum level Bac + 3, with training or experience or knowledge in the field of coaching. Platform assistants have a job sheet and an employment contract attesting that their entire working time is spent on the project. Cette opération vient en complémentarité des dispositifs de lutte contre le décrochage scolaire existants . Elle vise à développer l’accompagnement personnalisé et le suivi des jeunes en apportant une réponse adaptée à ce public spécifique NEET Haut Normand. L’opération permet de repérer, renouer le lien, et, d’apporter soutien et accompagnement personnalisé afin de développer la motivation et les capacités d’insertion professionnelle de ces jeunes. Localisation de l’opération Territoire de l’académie de Rouen décliné en Bassins d’Education et de Formation : (tableau répartition géographique de l’opération joint) Le bassin d’éducation et de formation est un cadre de fonctionnement qui facilite les relations entre tous les acteurs, permet de développer une réflexion collective et une mise en réseau entre les chefs d'établissement, entre les équipes éducatives, les inspecteurs, et entre tous les niveaux d’enseignement et les acteurs de la lutte contre le décrochage scolaire. Le périmètre géographique est commun avec celui des plateformes de suivi et d’appui aux décrocheurs et celui des réseaux Formation Qualification Emploi (FOQUALE) afin de faciliter le travail collaboratif. Le bassin est un lieu d'information, de coopération, d'animation et de préparation de projets communs. La Haute Normandie comprend 8 BEF : * Dieppe Neufchâtel * Fécamp Lillebonne Yvetot * Le Havre * Barentin Rouen Droite * Elbeuf Rouen Gauche * Louviers Vernon * Bernay Pont Audemer * Evreux Verneuil Moyens humains 6 assistants de plateforme chargés de renouer le lien et d’accompagner les jeunes (adulte référent chargé du suivi du jeune). Recrutement de l’équivalent de 6 ETP salariés du GIP-FCIP (Possibilité de ½ ETP GIP-FCIP sur cette opération afin de compléter les ½ ETP rectorat sur l’opération de la MLDS 'Lutte contre les sorties sans qualification’ et de permettre ainsi à ces personnels d’être à temps plein en cumulant deux ½ ETP) Les assistants de plateforme sont recrutés avec un niveau minima Bac +3, avec formation ou expérience ou connaissances dans le domaine de l'accompagnement. Les assistants de plateforme disposent d’une fiche de poste et d’un contrat de travail attestant que la totalité de leur temps de travail est consacré au projet. Une assistante de gestion, ½ ETP, salariée du GIP-FCIP, chargée du suivi administratif et financier de l’opération. L'assistant(e) de gestion dispose d’une fiche de poste et d’un contrat de travail attestant que la totalité de son temps de travail est consacré au projet. \+ 2 personnels rectorat (spécialisés dans la lutte contre le décrochage scolaire) chargés du pilotage et de la coordination de l’opération sur l’Eure et la Seine Maritime.
