The project is based on the alternation of individual interviews, group time and steps carried out by the young person (in autonomy). Each young person will benefit from an individualised support, personalised for a period of 4 to 12 months from the date of his or her membership in “Potential Jobs”. It is a progressive path that each young person will build with a dedicated interlocutor (integration professional) based on the elements of a shared diagnosis. The young person will be asked, stimulated permanently to be active, develop his autonomy, maintain his motivation intact, push his limits, surpass himself. It will be identified with each young person the obstacles that hinder his/her integration (professional project to be determined or refined, mobility, know-being, access to care, lack of general knowledge, hygiene and rhythms of life...) and will be remedied by means of targeted actions (e.g.: mobility development module) and/or relay/orientation module with an appropriate partner (e.g. the Mipps). It will be capitalised, formalised with each young person, during the accompaniment of the successes achieved, the skills acquired and their transfer into working life (e.g. validated professional project, autonomous travel, oral communication, integration and team spirit...). These elements will incorporate its follow-up booklet called “potential employment”. (English)

(French)
