Participants take part in different sites or buildings of the City (e.g. schools). \- Operation “environment”: pruning, brushing, cutting: development of the city’s natural sites (e.g. Botanical garden). These supports allow the realisation of works of collective use and visible to all. The City of Sedan has a CDIAE approval for 34 CDDI positions, i.e. 25.26 FTEs. These contracts are used as real stepping stones to employment, each candidate will build with the Permanent Technical Officers, the Socio-Professional Facilitators of the Integration Service and their partners a true integration pathway. The objectives of these activities are: \- help define and implement a professional project for each beneficiary, \- contribute to the acquisition of know-how and know-being, \- to organise the stages of the socio-professional integration pathway (permanent link between social support and professional support), \- to put into synergy the various institutional and associative partners in order to remove the obstacles to professional integration, \- enable the participant to reorganise his/her life system (family, economic, health...) thanks to the change brought back to work.     La Ville est porteuse de 4 chantiers d'insertion : \- Opération "second oeuvre" : __ préparation du mur (lessivage, grattage et ponçage) avant application de la peinture ; revêtement de sol et mural ; maçonnerie ; pose de plaquo. Les participants interviennent sur différents sites ou bâtiments de la Ville (ex : écoles). \- Opération "environnement" : élagage, débroussaillage, tronçonnage : mise en valeur des sites naturels de la Ville (ex : Jardin botanique). Ces supports permettent la réalisation de travaux d’utilité collective et visibles par tous. La Ville de Sedan dispose d'un agrément du CDIAE pour 34 postes en CDDI soit 25,26 ETP. Ces contrats sont utilisés comme de véritables tremplins vers l'emploi, chaque candidat construira avec les Encadrants Techniques permanents, les Animateurs Socio-Professionnels du service d'insertion et leurs partenaires un véritable parcours d'insertion. Les objectifs de ces activités sont : \- aider à la définition et la mise en place d’un projet professionnel pour chaque bénéficiaire, \- contribuer à l’acquisition de savoirs-faire et savoirs-être, \- mettre en organisation des étapes du parcours d’insertion socio- professionnelle (articulation permanente entre l’accompagnement social et l’accompagnement professionnel), \- mettre en synergie des différents partenaires institutionnels et associatifs afin de lever les freins à l’insertion professionnelle, \- permettre au participant de réorganiser son système de vie (familial, économique, sanitaire …) grâce au changement opéré par la remise au travail.
