**_Operation of Sponsorship_** The Sponsorship action is triggered by the person’s referent (Local Mission, ALE, Cap Emploi, PLIE...), at the time when this support will produce — with the maximum chance of success — an opportunity for access and retention of the oriented person, i.e. when a professional project is defined to embark on a real path of integration into the job. To this end, the person’s professional project must be clearly identified prior to entry into the action, and all social support measures must be undertaken upstream and ensured by the action’s focal point with the social partners. The mission of the sponsor — or sponsor — focuses on knowledge of the company, job-related skills, access to and retention of the person in employment or training and the fight for equal opportunities and against all forms of discrimination through its role as mediator. This is done in the context of coaching and mediation linked to the role of the sponsor. The Sponsorship action is triggered by the coordinator if — and only if — the jobseeker’s professional project is clearly identified in advance, it is the only selection criterion for integration into the action. The co-ordinator is responsible for the relationship of the goddaughter/sponsor. The pace of appointments is to be agreed with the girl for a minimum of 3 months and up to 9 months. The sponsor ensures personalised support for the jobseeker and \- consolidates techniques in job search, \- provides moral support and a concrete approach to the business world, \- mobilises his knowledge of the business world, his experience and his personal network, in order to promote the return to employment of the applicant, \- is committed to the fight against all forms of discrimination. This action should enable jobseekers to acquire insurance in relation to the business world in order to facilitate access to employment, by providing specific support and support from a sponsor. Thanks to this support, the return to employment strategy is gradually becoming autonomous, and is based on a better match between the skills and needs of the company. The aim of this support is to obtain a maximum number of recruitment interviews within or outside the network; it is during this phase that the role of mediator of the sponsor is of great importance, particularly in the face of the problem of discrimination that may arise. This is where the difficulties are clearly identified by the sponsor himself. The girl, through this accompaniment, will regain a certain confidence in himself, but also in the economic world, while taking advantage of the strategies and advice that will lead him to stable employment. Finally, this citizen action is intended to be incentive and non-binding; it is based on reciprocal commitments. (English)

(French)

**_Operation of Sponsorship_** The Sponsorship action is triggered by the person’s referent (Local Mission, ALE, Cap Emploi, PLIE...), at the time when this support will produce — with the maximum chance of success — an opportunity for access and retention of the oriented person, i.e. when a professional project is defined to embark on a real path of integration into the job. To this end, the person’s professional project must be clearly identified prior to entry into the action, and all social support measures must be undertaken upstream and ensured by the action’s focal point with the social partners. This action should enable jobseekers to acquire insurance in relation to the business world in order to facilitate access to employment, by providing specific support and support from a sponsor. Thanks to this support, the return to employment strategy is gradually becoming autonomous, and is based on a better match between the skills and needs of the company.
