It is a training device enabling: * to welcome people in a situation of illiteracy, so that they take the basic knowledge, in order to improve their daily lives, * to initiate career paths, through better control of the environment and access to greater social autonomy. It applies to any person who is over the age of 16 who has left the school system and who is experiencing difficulties in social and professional life, particularly as a result of the lack of basic knowledge: read, write, count, reason, orientate, communicate; priority is given to those who are in difficulty with social and/or professional integration. These actions are targeted primarily at the beneficiaries of the RSA, but it is open to all audiences regardless of their status. L'action : "Ateliers Savoirs de base" est inscrite dans le cadre du Plan Départemental d'Insertion de l'Indre et Loire. Il s’agit d’un dispositif de formation permettant : * d’accueillir des personnes en situation d’illettrisme, pour qu’elles s’approprient les savoirs de base, afin d’améliorer leur vie quotidienne, * d’initier des parcours d’insertion professionnelle, par une meilleure maîtrise de l’environnement et l’accès à une plus grande autonomie sociale. Elle concerne toute personne volontaire, âgée de plus de 16 ans, sortie du système scolaire, éprouvant des difficultés dans la vie sociale et professionnelle, liées notamment à l’absence de maîtrise des savoirs de base : lire, écrire, compter, raisonner, s'orienter, communiquer ; en priorité les publics en difficulté d’insertion sociale et/ou professionnelle. Ces actions sont destinées en priorité aux bénéficiaires du RSA, mais elle est ouverte à tous les publics quelque soit leur statut. Les Prérequis :Pouvoir communiquer en français oral et avoir été scolarisé en langue français (French)
