The 9 Land of Jobs projects cover rural areas, for which there is little or no offer of integration. Each employee benefits from pre-professional and professional support guided by a quality approach (CEDRE). It also benefits from supervision on construction sites adapted to the difficulties of the public. The mentors are actively involved in the progress of the integration pathway. The main objective is access to a stable and quality job, and for this a number of barriers to employability are detected, worked and lifted, with the cooperation of all the partners in the territory involved in a particular problem. The professionalisation of employees during their transition to Terre d’emploi is an integral part of our objectives. To achieve this, Terre d’Emploi puts in place internal and external training actions, support in employment during the wage period, an valorisation of the experience and skills acquired for people. Land of employment finally endeavours to offer the territory, depending on the diagnosis of need, answers in terms of development, the offer of integration, or any other measures that could enable territorial development, both in terms of employment and activity. **__The planned actions are closely linked to each other:__** * action **technical engineering and **development** will allow * to diversify the offer of integration and thus offer diverse teaching materials to jobseekers, enabling the acquisition of diverse skills. * to consolidate/strengthening the potential of sites implemented ½ and thus to consolidate and develop the number of contract insertion posts assisted. * action of **professionalisation** (proposing technical assistant posts combining work situation/training and coaching) will enable * to strengthen the action of the structure in the territory * to professionalise DEs in the context of longer and stabilised career paths with a professional project linked to the field of intervention * to develop intervention capacities in the territories (technical assistants will gradually take over part of the team/double the team in intervention) * action ** technical supervision** will enable * to implement professionalisation by learning the technical rules of intervention. * To facilitate the development of skills among DEs through the pedagogical function of the supervisor * the evaluation of technical paths by formalising periodic technical evaluations, shared with the employee. * action of **professional support** will enable * to define the needs in terms of teaching materials for development and skills, and thus to influence development policy * to define the skills needs in relation to the local job offer * to define the intervention capacities of job seekers on the ground.
