The proposed operation consists of people, in socio-professional integration guided by the departments of the department of Drôme, to draw up mobility skills assessments integrated into one-off mobility workshops and to accompany the road and driving code, all of which will enable access to autonomous and sustainable mobility. Mobility skills assessments make it possible to assess mobility in terms of skills and experience in the private and professional sphere throughout the life course. These skills assessments have been worked in a collegial manner with other Rhône-Alpes member structures of the FARE Federation. It is carried out by an interrogative method, based on a pre-established questionnaire. The workshops consist of 3 modules: “how to be mobile”, “I implement my mobility project”, and “I move”. The objectives are to better understand the different means of transport and to know the related service offers, to be in a process of ownership of the different stages in order to achieve its mobility project. The method is masterful, demonstrative and experimentation in real time and in the field. The pedagogy of action is individual and/or collective. The objectives of the Auto-Ecole Insertion are to expertise and mobilise people in difficulty with driving licences, and to accompany people with learning difficulties in order to acquire the driving licence necessary for their socio-professional integration. L'opération proposée consiste pour les personnes, en insertion socioprofessionnelle orientées par les services du département de la Drôme, à élaborer des bilans de compétences mobilité intégrés à des ateliers mobilité ponctuels et à accompagner au code de la route et de la conduite, le tout devant permettre d'accéder à une mobilité autonome et durable. Les bilans de compétences mobilité permettent d'évaluer la mobilité en termes de compétences et d’expériences dans la sphère privée et professionnelle tout au long du parcours de vie. Ces bilans de compétences ont été travaillés de manière collégiale avec d'autres structures de Rhône-Alpes adhérentes de la Fédération FARE. Il est réalisé par une méthode interrogative, à partir d’un questionnaire préétablit. Les ateliers se composent de 3 modules : « comment être mobile », « je mets en oeuvre mon projet mobilité », et « je me déplace ». Les objectifs sont de mieux appréhender les différents moyens de transport et connaître les offres de service qui y sont liées, être dans une démarche d’appropriation des différentes étapes pour faire aboutir son projet mobilité. La méthode est magistrale, démonstrative et d’expérimentation en temps réel et sur le terrain. La pédagogie de l’action est individuelle et/ou collective. L'Auto-Ecole Insertion a pour objectifs d'expertiser et de mobiliser les personnes en difficulté face au permis de conduire, et d'accompagner les personnes en difficulté d’apprentissage afin d’acquérir le permis de conduire nécessaire à leur insertion socioprofessionnelle.
