To meet this objective, the proposed missions are as follows: 1. To facilitate and coordinate the overall PLIE and partnerships with all public and private actors involved in employment, training and integration of the territory 2. Prepare and lead all PLIE bodies and ensure the implementation of the decisions of these bodies (PLIE Steering Committee, Committee on Employment of the CCPH and Community Council); 3. Propose and implement an offer of additional integration to ordinary law 4. Ensure consistency and continuity of the paths of the beneficiaries of the PLIE 5. Contribute to the mobilisation of companies in their integration process, in particular by using the leverage of social clause 6. Monitor the achievement of the objectives of the PLIE, including the traceability of participants’ journeys using the ABC ViEsion 7 software. Participate in institutional meetings of the CDIAE, SPEP and CTA Employment Division, 8. Participate in the annual management dialogues initiated by the State departments towards the SIAEs of the PLIE territory. 9. ll s'agit de mobiliser les moyens nécessaires à l'animation territoriale sur le périmètre du PLIE et à la coordination des parcours en lien avec tous les autres partenaires de l'insertion et de l'emploi du territoire afin de constituer un véritable réseau d’opérateurs. Pour répondre à cet objectif, les missions proposées sont les suivantes : 1. Assurer l’animation et la coordination globale du PLIE et des partenariats avec l'ensemble des acteurs publics et privés de l'emploi, de la formation et de l'insertion du territoire 2. Préparer et animer l’ensemble des instances du PLIE et assurer la mise en oeuvre des décisions de ces mêmes instances (comité de pilotage du PLIE, commission emploi insertion de la CCPH et Conseil Communautaire); 3. Proposer et mettre en oeuvre une offre d’insertion complémentaire au droit commun 4. Assurer la cohérence et la continuité des parcours des bénéficiaires du PLIE 5. Contribuer à la mobilisation des entreprises dans leur démarche d’insertion, notamment en utilisant le levier de la clause sociale 6. Suivre la réalisation des objectifs du PLIE, dont la traçabilité des parcours des participants au moyen du logiciel ABC VieSION 7. Participer aux réunions institutionnelles du CDIAE, SPEP et CTA Pôle emploi, 8. Participer aux dialogues de gestion annuels initiés par les services de l’Etat en direction des SIAE du territoire du PLIE. 9.
