The aim of the Ydéalis workshop is to put a desocialised public away from employment and thus contribute to the fight against exclusion. Its activities are based on a social project combining a collective dimension (teamwork) and a pedagogical approach based on the acquisition of know-how and know-being. The workshop plays a role as an airlock. It provides beneficiaries with the possibility, for a limited period of time, of adaptation or rehabilitation to a professional activity. Our goal is to offer a collective workspace around the production of objects and services. The distribution and execution of tasks, the organisation within the workshop and the adaptation to external demand mobilise participants in the implementation of the activities and teamwork. Thus, people must use a method of reasoning (reflection, explanation, comparison) and develop exchanges and communication. The gradual restoration of self-confidence thus fosters the sense of utility and the discovery of skills. (English)

(French)

Its activities are based on a social project combining a collective dimension (teamwork) and a pedagogical approach based on the acquisition of know-how and know-being. The workshop plays a role as an airlock. It provides beneficiaries with the possibility, for a limited period of time, of adaptation or rehabilitation to a professional activity.
