This project offers people with disabilities, in demand for employment, individualised support, and preparatory to integration into an ordinary company or in a sheltered establishment. Mosaïc’s action will be complementary and linked to the job placement schemes, the Employment Department, the Local Mission. It will be carried out in cooperation with the Departmental House of Disabled Persons and the medical-social and health facilities of the Lot Department. The action will make it possible to take into account the needs of the public to whom the existing services (Employment, Employment Division, Local Mission, Department) respond only partially, due to the specific nature of the problems. It will aim, through personalised assistance, to reintegrate these audiences into placement schemes in order to: \- strengthen, through access to a professional activity and/or training, the integration of the beneficiaries of the RSA recognised as workers with disabilities, \- promote the implementation of the guidance decisions of the MDPH of the Lot concerning work in a protected environment after having assessed and/or tested the integration capacities in ordinary or protected environments, \- support training, integrations carried out and encourage retention in the company (in collaboration with SAMETH and Cap emploi). \- support access to employment for women with disabilities through vigilant support on issues relating to context and working conditions, especially in companies or male staff is strongly dominant. We will promote public access to information and communication technologies by promoting training in these fields and by providing IT resources on each of the Cahors and Figeac sites (office applications and Internet connections) as well as assistance in their use.
