**_The action breaks down into several stages:_** _Diagnostic phase:_ This step makes it possible to assess the needs, the scope of the professional project but above all the willingness to join the PLIE support of the future participant and their ability to invest, to mobilise in his or her career. _Phase of Commitment:_ Objectives are specified and reflected in the engagement contract. This step allows to obtain the support but also the points of the future collaboration between the participant and the IPC. The contract of employment is then proposed to the monthly commission. It is also at this point that the CIP will have the entry questionnaire completed. The IPCs carry out the support of the beneficiaries of the PLIE by offering regular individual interviews, an animation of workshops bringing together several beneficiaries with a common problem and agreeing to deal with it collectively in order to benefit from the group’s dynamics. The accompaniment time varies according to the participants. The CIP adapts by promoting enhanced support at the start in order to aim for the empowerment of the participant. The aim is to find a solution as soon as possible but to acquire tools so that it can, if it were in a similar situation at a later stage, reactivate the mechanisms related to job search. The CIPs offer beneficiaries to carry out different stages allowing them to move forward in their professional careers. Some can be carried out in the ICARE group’s placement paths, but more broadly any appropriate action is offered to the participants. With the aim of collaborating with the participant, these steps are proposed by the IPC, but the participant is regularly asked for solutions as well. In the latter case, the CIP can advise, or sometimes help to realise the idea through its support to advance the path. The underlying objective of the CIP is sometimes to help “bereave” certain projects to advance the process, the project. Icare offers participants monthly collective workshops to understand preparation for employment. (Preparation, interview simulation...) These collective actions promote the building of confidence to approach these stages of selection of the public. At the same time, professionals participate regularly thanks to the collective time offered by the PLIE to discuss regional issues and to professionalise themselves regularly _ Stage of preparation for leaving the route:_ Whether it is to consolidate a positive exit after following integration on the post or to consider the end of coaching, all the solutions are envisaged for the “detachment” of the course in autonomy, in consultation with the participant.
