We propose that the path reference be able to accompany on an individual basis those who are struggling with vocational integration in the RSA. it is for the reference point to follow a minimum of 50 people per year. It is a public seeking job, beneficiary of the RSA, little or no qualified, TH... This support will enable: * during a first reception, the analysis of the distance to employment-presentation of files in an access committee * followed by the setting up of individual integration pathways for access to sustainable employment or training. A referent will individually accompany the participant, in order to bring together all the conditions that will help to lift the barriers to employment and will facilitate the construction of the pathway (interventions of the various social and professional actors in employment, links with economic actors, etc.), * to work on the different axes in orientation, training, employment, the strata of daily life (mobility, health...) * to create a collective dynamic for the management of the pathways with those responsible for business relations, the facilitator of integration clause, and the sector of the EIA. These are also: * to be the sole and permanent interlocutor of the beneficiary * to follow up the journey by entering ABC data * accompanying individuals individually, a support **enhanced and overall, in a logic of coherence of the pathway of integration** * Mobilise as far as possible direct or indirect financial support * to propose actions with a collective dimension (visits, workshops...) * to participate in the various bodies of the PLIE (guidance committee, monitoring committee, steering committees), in the working group, meetings... * to participate in the balance sheets of providers, training courses, IAs when the public in portfolio is present * to follow up in training but also in the first job sequences of all types in the first 6 months (CDDs, assisted contracts, temporary contracts, company creation...) and centralise the documents allowing to trace the exit, the situation * to ensure the continuity and quality of each stage of the journey of the person * to be part of a network logic animated by the PLIE by providing all the data relating to the participant and his/her situation, by informing about the development of the social and professional situation of the participant (validation of the stages of the course, difficulties encountered...) particularly during the monitoring committees. * It continuously informs the ABC database, software for tracking the paths of the PLIE (the summaries of the interviews...) Nous proposons que le référent de parcours puisse accompagner de façon individuelle les publics en difficulté d’insertion professionnelle en RSA. il s'agit pour le référent de parcours de suivre un minimum de 50 personnes à l'année. il s'agit d'un public demandeur d'emploi, bénéficiaire du RSa, peu ou pas qualifié, TH... Cet accompagnement permettra : * lors d’un 1er accueil l’ analyse de la distance à l’emploi-présentation des dossiers en comité d’accès * puis la mise en place de parcours d’insertion individuel pour un accès à l’emploi durable ou à la formation. Un référent accompagnera individuellement le participant, afin de réunir toutes les conditions qui permettront de lever les freins à l’emploi et facilitera la construction du parcours (interventions des différents acteurs sociaux et professionnels de l’emploi, liens avec les acteurs économiques…), * de travailler les différents axes en orientation, formation, emploi, les strates de vie quotidienne (mobilité, santé…) * de créer une dynamique collective pour la gestion des parcours avec les chargés de relations entreprises, le facilitateur clause d’insertion, et le secteur de l’IAE . Il s’agit également : * d’être l’interlocuteur unique et permanent du bénéficiaire * de faire un suivi du parcours par le biais de saisie de données ABC * d’accompagnement les personnes de façon individuelle, un accompagnement **renforcé et global, dans une logique de cohérence du parcours d’insertion** * Mobiliser dans la mesure du possible des aides financières directes ou indirectes * de proposer des actions à dimension collectives (visites, ateliers…) * de Participer aux différentes instances du PLIE (comité d’orientation, comité de suivi, comités de pilotage), au groupe de travail, réunions… * de Participer aux bilans des prestataires, des formations, des AI lorsque le public en portefeuille est présent * de faire le suivi en formation mais aussi dans les premières séquences d’emploi tout type dans les 6 premiers mois (CDD, contrats aidés, intérim, création d’entreprise…) et centraliser les documents permettant de tracer la sortie, la situation * d’Assurer de la continuité et de la qualité de chaque étape de parcours de la personne * de s’inscrire dans une logique de réseau animé par le PLIE en apportant l’ensemble des données relatives au participant et à sa situation, en informant de l’évolution de la situation sociale et professionnelle du participant (validation des étapes de parcours, difficultés rencontrées…) notamment lors des comités de suivi. * Il renseigne en continu la base ABC, logiciel de suivi des parcours du PLIE (les synthèses des entretiens…) (French)
