**Public visé par cette action Insertion professionnelle des Réfugiés :** 80 réfugiés adultes de plus de 18 ans en suivi annuel Hommes et Femmes en ayant une vigilance particulière pour les 15% de familles monoparentales. Réfugiés percevant le RSA lors de l'orientation oue RSA avec un contrat d'insertion en cours ou en contrat aidé financé par le Conseil Général. L'orientation des réfugiés vers la CIP Réfugiés : 60 % du STARIP, 30 % du CNHR et 10% des résidences sociales nantaises (pour des réfugiés isolés). Par cet accompagnement de proximité, il s'agit d'assurer un suivi professionnel personnalisé pour une Mise en Emploi et/ou Formation Qualifiante des réfugiés au regard de leur projet professionnel, afin de permettre une sortie progressive du dispositif RSA. **Fiche Action : Insertion Professionnelle des Réfugiés** **Objectifs :** * Vérifier les compétences du Réfugié avec un centre de formation ou une entreprise dans le cadre de Tests ou d'une EMT * Evaluer les besoins en formation professionnelle ou en formation linguistique complémentaire adaptés au projet professionnel * Confronter le réfugié à la réalité du travail et identifier ses capacités d'adaptation en entreprise. * Rechercher la Mise en Emploi direct du Réfugié (secteur marchand, chantiers ou entreprise d'insertion) ou en Formation qualifiante (Afpa, Afpi...) * Assurer un accompagnement physique du réfugié lors du 1er emploi ou stage * Assurer le suivi dans l'emploi ou le stage auprès du réfugié, de l'employeur ou de l'organisme de formation * Continuer à alimenter le portefeuille d'entreprises dans les secteurs porteurs de notre département **Résultats attendus :** * Confirmation du projet professionnel pour chaque réfugié et de son évolution * 50% des réfugiés suivis par la CIP accédant à un 1er emploi (CDD ou CDI) et/ou à une formation qualifiante * La création de 1ers réseaux professionnels pour les réfugiés * Une sortie progressive du RSA * Une reprise de confiance du réfugié dans ses capacités à faire, à apprendre, à tester. **Les moyens mis en oeuvre :** * Un accompagnement spécialisé dans le cadre d'entretiens individuels, ateliers techniques de recherche d'emploi, préparation aux entretiens d'embauche, candidatures spontanées... * Un suivi des réfugiés dans leur mise en emploi, stage, chantier d'insertion ou formation (accompagnement pendant la période d'essai pour consolider l'intégration dans l'emploi). * Un réseau de partenaires du monde du travail et de l'insertion (unités emploi du département, entreprises d'insertion, agences intérim, employeurs du secteur marchand, chambre de commerce et de l'industrie, organismes de formation, université... **Les indicateurs :** * Nombre de réfugiés ayant un projet professionnel * Nombre de réfugiés réalisant une EMT * Nombre de réfugiés convoqués pour un entretien d'embauche ou de stage. Parallèlement, le réfugié lors de son orientation sera en fin de formation linguistique DILF du CAI (niveau minimum).Une tripartite sera organisée (Travailleur social, Réfugié et CIP) pour l'orientation. **Suivi des participants :** Un dossier de suivi professionnel pour chaque réfugié suivi par la CIP, ce dossier comprend : la notification CAF RSA, une copie du titre de séjour (réfugié ou protection subsidiaire), le projet professionnel, le CV, une fiche de présence pour tous les RDV fixés par la CIP, une fiche de suivi (démarches de recherche d'emplois, stages, entretien d'embauche, contrat de travail ou de stage, fiche de suivi dans l'emploi ou le stage ou la formation). **l'égalité Homme-femme :** 40/40 est recherchée.
