Accompagnement très renforcé et individualisé des participants PLIE par le référent de parcours, fort de la mise en ½uvre d’un parcours d’insertion vers l’emploi et/ ou la formation qualifiante en lien avec les partenaires de l’emploi et de l’insertion du territoire intercommunal. Au moins 1 entretien physique mensuel en cours d'accompagnement hors étapes de parcours, au moins 3 entretiens physiques ou téléphoniques lorsque le participant est en étape de parcours (démarrage action, bilan intermédiaire, bilan final. Lors d'une étape Chantier d'Insertion le référent réalise 1 évaluation tripartite trimestrielle (Encadrant - Participant - Référent). L'accompagnement très renforcé des participants PLIE se décline également par la mise en ½uvre des étapes de parcours de formations individuelles, auprès d'organismes du territoire, prestataires de service, pour lever les freins à l'emploi. Ces besoins en formation individuelle sont repérés par le référent de parcours et nécessaires pour permettre au participant de renforcer son employabilité et d'évoluer vers un emploi durable. Ils ne sont pas déjà financés par le droit commun et concernent des besoins en formation de toute nature, destinés plus particulièrement à lever les freins (mobilité, qualification, remise à niveau, professionnalisation).
