This is a personalised monthly support for jobseekers Saint Polois. The latter guarantees the integration pathway towards sustainable employment and/or qualification training. It will enter all the information about the ABC ViEsion software. The target audience must be in professional dynamics with a link between Pole Emploi and SCAS. The adviser is the recipient of the requirements sent by the beneficiaries and guarantor of the entries proposed during the antenna committees. Il s'agit d'un accompagnement mensuel personnalisé des demandeurs d'emploi Saint Polois. Un conseiller à temps plein sur la fonction d'accompagnement a en charge 100 personnes en file active, soit 280 participants en file active pour les 3 conseillères. La mission d'accompagnement devra à minima donner lieu à 600 entretiens physiques par an (pour 1 ETP) à destination des participants du PLIE, soit 1680 entretiens réalisés pour les 3 conseillères. Sur cette action, deux ETP et une temps partiel (80%) sont affectés : 1 ETP Julie DELANNOYE 1 ETP Lydie LATOURNALD 1 Temps partiel (80%) Soraya ZENASNI Cela se traduit par un accompagnement professionnel par le biais d'un conseiller en inclusion professionnelle de l'antenne MDE. Ce dernier est garant du parcours d'insertion vers l'emploi durable et ou la formation qualifiante. Il saisira l'ensemble des informations sur le logiciel ABC Viesion. Le public ciblé doit être en dynamique professionnelle avec une articulation entre Pole Emploi et le SCAS. Le conseiller est destinataire des prescriptions envoyées par les bénéficiers et garant des entrées proposées lors des comités d'antenne. Il participera à l'ensemble des réunions proposées par Entreprendre Ensemble (réunion de zone, informatique, comité d'antenne et point individuel). (French)
