In the territory of Bassens, Carbon-Blanc and Sainte-Eulalie, the mission of enhanced accompaniment of the participants is entrusted to a reference of course. It is therefore individual support (point on professional experience, training, assets, barriers to return to employment of participants, and define the objectives of the course and the implementation actions, monitoring) and reinforced with collective intervention times, implemented for each participant, by this unique reference point of the course (see details of the missions in the action fiche). The aim of this support is to bring the participants to a sustainable job or to a long-term qualifying training by proposing path stages adapted to the situation of the participants. The aim is to reach 42 % out of sustainable jobs and 8 % in skills training. This support is offered for an unlimited duration, with a situation point of 24 months. It will make it possible to secure the retention of employment through the preparation of in-company interest and the follow-up, after taking up a job, for the first 6 months, in connection with the business relations officers PLIE.     Le PLIE des Hauts de Garonne s'inscrit dans un cadre politique de lutte contre le chômage et l'exclusion et s'adresse aux hommes et aux femmes, en situation de pauvreté ou menacés de l'être et qui, par manque de qualification ou d'expérience professionnelle, ou en raison d'une situation personnelle ou sociale particulière, ont des difficultés majeures à trouver un emploi. Le plan vient renforcer ou compléter les dispositifs existants au niveau local dans les domaines de l'insertion sociale et professionnelle. L'ingénierie et la coordination nécessitent une bonne connaissance de l'offre d'insertion du territoire, une expertise reconnue en matière d'ingénierie de parcours et de développement d'actions innovantes, et une forte proximité avec les partenaires du PLIE. La mission d'accompagnement renforcé des participants est confiée, sur le territoire de Bassens, Carbon-Blanc et Sainte-Eulalie, à une référente de parcours. Il s'agit donc d'un accompagnement individuel (point sur expériences professionnelles, formations, atouts, freins de retour à l'emploi des participants, et définir les objectifs du parcours et les actions de mise en oeuvre, suivi) et renforcé avec des temps d'intervention collectifs, mis en oeuvre pour chaque participant, par cette référente unique de parcours (voir détail des missions dans la fiche action). Cet accompagnement a pour but d'amener les participants à un emploi durable ou à une formation longue qualifiante en proposant des étapes de parcours adaptées à la situation des participants. L'objectif est d'atteindre 42% de sorties en emplois durables et 8% en formations qualifiantes. Cet accompagnement est proposé sur une durée illimitée, avec un point de situation à 24 mois. Il permettra de sécuriser le maintien en emploi grâce à la préparation de l'intégartion en entreprise et au suivi, après la prise de poste, pendant les 6 premiers mois, en lien avec les chargés de relations entreprises PLIE.
