L'opération s'inscrit dans le dispositif "Passeport Mobilité Formation Professionnelle" de LADOM et s'articule autour de **deux phases** complémentaires et géographiques distinctes : \- celle se déroulant dans le DOM de départ et concernant l'ingénierie de parcours permettant l'identification et l'éligibilité du bénéficiaire qui est totalement imputable à l'opération, \- puis celle se déroulant en Métropole ( ou un éventuellement un pays tiers d'accueil du participant) concernant le suivi de chaque participant. Ce découpage correspond notamment à une sectorisation des dépenses éligibles selon leur affectation directe ou au prorata d'une clé de répartition inter- DOM. **_En Martinique:_** \- Accueil, **repérage** , information du public intéressé par un projet de mobilité réalisé par la Délégation Régionale de Martinique; \- Montage du projet de formation après analyse de la demande, conseil au participant, et si nécessaire évaluation et positionnement vers la formation adaptée.
