We will only keep in our balance sheet contracts signed for a minimum of 6 months, CDIs and alternating contracts (contract for apprenticeship, professionalisation). Two technical advisers in charge of business relations are responsible for prospecting and connecting these young people. Our action is now well identified on the Basin and many business leaders directly call on the local Mission’s corporate relations officers, a relationship of trust having been established in advance. Without this accompaniment, this physical follow-up of the referents who are the strength of this dossier, it is more than likely that these young people would not be able to return alone to the business world.     Au regard du diagnostic posé à savoir : un nombre important de jeunes sans qualification, un contexte économique difficile depuis quelques années, la réalité de l'emploi transfrontalier qui nécessite de la main d'oeuvre qualifiée, la Mission locale se doit de mener une démarche offensive d'aide à l'insertion de ce public qui se marginalise. _" **Réussir ensemble l'emploi des jeunes** "_ a pour ambition d'insérer 120 jeunes sur l'année pour une entrée maximale de 170 participants. Il s'agit de jeunes trés éloignés de l'emploi, issus pour un certain nombre des quartiers de la Politique de la Ville et/ou de l'immigration. Nous ne retiendrons dans notre bilan que les contrats signés sur une durée minimale à 6 mois, les CDI et les contrats en alternance ( contrat d'apprentissage, de professionnalisation). Deux conseillers techniques chargés des relations en entreprise sont chargés de prospecter et de mettre en relation ces jeunes. Notre action est aujourd'hui bien identifiée sur le Bassin et de nombreux chefs d'entreprises font directement appel aux chargés de relation en entreprises de la Mission locale, une relation de confiance s'étant instaurée préalablement. Sans cet accompagnement, ce suivi physique des référents qui font la force de ce dossier, il est plus que probable que ces jeunes ne pourraient renouer seuls avec le monde de l'entreprise. (French)
