**** Reinforced support provided by 2 full-time advisors throughout the territory of Lyon, taking into account the young people most in difficulty, especially those residing within the framework of the city’s policy (Coutras and Ste Foy la Grande). This support will be carried out by alternating collective actions and individual interviews. The entire service offer of the Local Mission can be mobilised, in particular the means of the employment service to facilitate linkage and integration into businesses. Objective: 45 young people active per FTE. _ Desired quantitative objective_: 50 % of exits from the programme will be exits into employment, 30 of them in sustainable employment and 6 % in qualifying training. **The time we want to develop collectively involves two phases:** **1. _Collective workshops_** of follow-ups of young people on the basis of 2 half days per month 2. **_Thematic Workshops_** on the 1-day session per month. * Workshop “look” * Discovery of trades and PMP * Meeting with business leaders * Creation of activity * Job search and alternance processes * Business visits * Collective search workshop for solutions to the material difficulties encountered (the group as a resource) These workshops will be facilitated by the reference advisors dedicated to the YEI. **** Accompagnement renforcé réalisé par 2 conseillers à temps plein sur l'ensemble du territoire libournais en prenant en compte les jeunes les plus en difficultés et notamment ceux résidant dans le cadre de la politique de la ville (Coutras et Ste Foy la Grande). Cet accompagnement sera réalisé en alternant actions collectives et entretiens en individuels. L'ensemble de l'offre de service dela Mission Locale pourra être mobilisée et notamment les moyens du service emploi pour faciliter le lien et l'intégration dans les entreprises. Objectif : 45 jeunes en file active par ETP. _Objectif quantitatif souhaité_ : 50% de sorties du programme seront des sorties en emploi dont 30 en emploi durable et 6% en formation qualifiante. **Le temps que nous souhaitons développer en collectif comporte deux phases:** **1. _Ateliers collectifs_** de suivis des jeunes sur la base de 2 demi journées par mois 2. **_Ateliers thématique_** sur la bse de 1 journée par mois. * Atelier « look » * Découverte des métiers et PMP * Rencontre avec les chefs d'entreprises * Création d'activité * Démarches de recherches d'emploi et alternance * Visites d'entreprises * Atelier de recherche collective de solutions face aux difficultés matérielles rencontrées (le groupe comme ressource) Ces ateliers seront animés par les conseillers référents dédiés à l'IEJ.
