La plateforme emploi de la Mission Locale Jeunes Nîmes Métropole est destinée à optimiser , structurer et améliorer les démarches des jeunes afin d'élaborer des stratégies et des méthodes qui facilitent leurs accès et leur maintien dans l'entreprise. La plateforme emploi est un lieu identifié et dédié à la préparation à l'emploi.La plateforme emploi consiste en la création d'un service spécifique pour accompagner les jeunes dans leur recherche d'emploi.Le service est animé par une équipe pluridisciplinaire composée de professionnels de la MLJNM et de partenaires tels que le Pôle Emploi , les chambres consulaires, la Cité des Métiers, le réseau ECTI et les entreprises partenaires.... La démarche de la plateforme-emploi vise à développer un accompagnement renforcé à la recherche d'emploi. La Plateforme s'appuie sur un réseau d'entreprises, actif et évolutif , développé par les chargées de relation entreprises et l'équipe des conseillers de la MLJNM (French)
