The association makes the identification of difficulties by means of a specific software designed for this purpose, in order to offer the identified apprentices to be accompanied individually over training time within the Training Centre of Apprentis.The support offered will be based on the professional environment and their training. _Articulation with the previous action:_ Depending on their place of residence and/or the geographical location of the company in which they work, apprentices who wish to do so can also be accompanied to the association, during the weeks they are in business, in order to deepen the work done at the CFA and offer more regular support to young people.     _**Action 1 : "Favoriser l'inclusion des 16 / 25 ans en situation d'illettrisme non salariés en levant l'obstacle de la non maitrise des savoirs de base" :**_ Mise en place d'un accompagnement individualisé et personnalisé dans les locaux de notre association, pour des jeunes sans emploi orientés par différents prescripteurs ou venant par le biais du bouche à oreille, afin de les aider à se mobiliser autour d'un projet d'insertion à dominante professionnelle, mais prenant aussi en compte la dimension sociale. Chaque jeune va bénéficier d'un accompagnement tutoré, avec des rendez-vous hebdomadaires, voire bi-hebdomadaires, afin de travailler avec lui de façon différenciée et adaptée à ses besoins pour l'amener à prendre conscience de ses capacités, de prendre confiance en lui et lui permettre d'avancer à son rythme en favorisant son autonomie à l'égard des savoirs de base. La durée de l'accompagnement variera en fonction des besoins du jeune, de sa situation sur le plan social et de sa situation au regard des savoirs de base. _**Action 2 : "Accompagner des jeunes salariés entre 16 et 25 ans ne maitrisant pas les savoirs de base afin de favoriser leur accès à un emploi durable" :**_ Mise en place d'un accompagnement individualisé et personnalisé dans les locaux de notre association, pour des jeunes en emploi précaire orientés par différents prescripteurs ou venant par le biais du bouche à oreille, afin de les aider à consolider leurs acquis et favoriser leur autonomie à l'égard des savoirs de base et consolider / sécuriser ainsi leur parcours d'insertion professionnelle.
