The Pôle de Mobilisation et d’Insertion breaks down into a three-month personal remobilisation phase followed by a 4-month professional remobilisation phase. These two stages are complementary and coherent with the audience to which the action benefits. In fact, it is first necessary to work around the brakes that may have hindered the “classical” path of reintegration. These obstacles may be of different kinds but require treatment before starting the process of defining the professional project. The Pôle de Mobilisation et d’Insertion is a tool for the transposition of values, reflexes, rules of life and requirements related to the process of social and occupational reintegration. The first phase of personal remobilisation makes it possible to “relearn life”. The proposed project is therefore particularly innovative in that it involves setting up a whole environment specific to the progress of young people in integration, and this 24 hours a day. It also integrates and completes the health component into the training modules: ►Visit of the health service of Viltaïs, the vaccination centre, ISBA health check-up, psychological interview, weekly interview with the health attendant, opening of rights, medical appointments with the doctor of the health service, referral and support to care facilities, involvement in the co-construction of the prevention action “Youth and Addictions” led by Viltaïs. The Insertion Mobilisation Pole is based on a set of practical workshops where young people are immersed in activities aimed at assessing and developing their skills, their level of involvement and motivation, and working on job discovery and guidance. ► Workshop customisation of furniture, cultural and civic activities, maintenance of buildings and small masonry, restoration, maintenance of premises, green spaces, Yamaha Viltaïs Experiences. The red thread linked to the collective projects led by Viltaïs in particular FESTI BD and Yamaha Viltaïs Experiences are proving to be complementary tools to the insertion device allowing to work “accompanying success”. Each member has its place and is recognised in its role. For these young people called “in difficulty” integration into the motorcycle team or the BD festival is part of their return to society where they can have a place, recognition, and utility. In the first phase we are on the whole about the know-being, while on the second we place ourselves more on the evaluation of know-how, on the capitalisation of it. After this “scrubbing” of the various brakes evaluated during the first phase, the young person’s journey can be built around professional remobilisation (2nd phase). Believes, trust in care, care procedures, re-learning of a rhythm of life, break with a harmful environment are all prerequisites that must be acquired in order to focus on the second phase. More intensive work will be carried out on company visits, training centres, job search techniques, knowledge of the business environment, maintenance simulations. (English) | |||||||||||||||
