Our project “Integration of young people in the company” will consist of accompanying the young NEET towards autonomy and integration in a company over a period of 4 months. In order to optimise and intensify monitoring, we will organise it in 6 groups of 16 young beneficiaries over the period from 1 January 2015 to 31 December 2016. GPE1: follow-up from January to April 2015 — GPE2: from May to August 2015 — GPE3: from September to December 2015 — GPE4 January to April 2016 — GPE5: May to August 2016 — GPE6: September to December 2016. Respective periods during which each young NEET accompanied by a single reference will benefit: \- a personal and professional review. \- a diagnosis of its position (more or less distant) in the labour market and its mobility. To define its needs and implement the personalised action plan. \- training in job search techniques (collective) \- preparation for meeting with the company \- visits and periods of immersion in companies, in order to have concrete relationships with the professional environment. \- proposals and positioning on job offers, continuing training or dual training. This accompaniment takes the form of individual interviews, collective workshops with young people. Notre projet "Intégration des Jeunes dans l'Entreprise" consistera à accompagner le jeune NEET vers l'autonomie et l'intégration en entreprise sur une période de 4 mois. Afin d'optimiser et d'intensifier le suivi, nous organiserons celui-ci en 6 groupes de 16 jeunes bénéficiaires sur la période courant du 1er janvier 2015 au 31 décembre 2016. GPE1: suivi de Janvier à Avril 2015 - GPE2 : de Mai à Aout 2015 - GPE3 : de Septembre à Décembre 2015 - GPE4 Janvier à Avril 2016 - GPE5 : Mai à Aout 2016 - GPE6 : Septembre à Décembre 2016. Périodes respectives pendant lesquelles chaque jeune NEET, accompagné d'un référent unique bénéficiera : \- d'un bilan personnel et professionnel . \- d'un diagnostic de son positionnement (plus ou moins éloigné) sur le marché de l'emploi et de sa mobilité. Pour définir ses besoins et mettre en place le plan d'actions personnalisalisé. \- d'une formation aux techniques de recherche d'emploi (en collectif) \- d'une préparation à la rencontre avec l'entreprise \- de visites et de périodes d'immersion en entreprise, afin d'avoir des relations concrètes avec le milieu professionnel. \- de propositions et positionnement sur offres d'emploi, de formation continue ou en alternance. Cet accompagnement se déclinant sous forme d'entretiens individuels, d'ateliers collectifs avec les jeunes. Mais aussi par l'activation d'un partenariat privilégié avec les entreprises, les centres de formation et les partenaires de la Mission Locale sur le Bassin Soissonnsais. (French)
